i had originally wrote this review on rochabp's epistane-furuza insane cut thread lol. I copied and pasted it.
So I gave them a test run, this is my take.
I drank asgt about 45min(it says 60min) before wo, ap about 15min(like the bottle states) before work out.
good clean energy, awesome pump, stamina was solid.
1 scoop (asgt) in 10oz of water is what I used, taste was pretty good considering all the ingredients, I drank about a 3rd of it (id give it a 9), to taste it by itself, then I added 1/2 scoop of green mag to it and about 5oz of water, asgt has about 2.2grams of creatine, and I wanted to get within the 5g mark lol, they stacked well together in flavor, about 45min later I drank ap (1 scoop) in 8oz of water, taste was really good, Id give ap a 10 in flavor.
Im not going to compare it anything, Im just giving it a quick review from a 1 session use, and im sure after a week of use, things would be different/better.
I had NO stomach issues at all, not even in my warm up(15min cardio in st.bike) Id give it a 10 in that department(even if there isnt area for that lol), my session consisted of chest, shoulders and bi's, and in every set/rep my focus was excellent Id give it a solid 9 for focus. my strength, considering Ive been taking it easy was very progressive in each rep Id give it a 9 for strength. my stamina was also up every set I had no fatigue Id give it 10, hell I shouldve gone to failure but I opted not to. I got some pretty amazing pumps, did chest 1st and got a solid pump, my delts got a nice full belly of a pump, biceps got a full pump too, Im giving it a 10 for pumps, **** Im still pretty pumped as I write this. I really cant give it grade on recovery, this was just one session, but im sure it would awesome in recovery. mix-ability Id give it 9. no crash, didnt get jittery, not much of beta tingle
overall from my 1st experience I would give it a 9.5, and as all you guys know with most pwo's they get better with use, that 9.5 would probably be a 10 after a week. Im sure it'll be a good pwo for my pct or even off cycle. cold water was used of course
crap one last thing I havent used stims in about 2 weeks so my tolerance is real low. did i miss anything ?
