Day 26

Was a good little three day push there. Biceps and back compliment each other real well. Also, in some way, I've rediscovered the joy of deliberate back exercises. Stready, controlled - hell yeah!

Shoulders seem to bring me a fair bit of discomfort. I suffer through it, but they don't feel awesome. My right rotator cuff has been messy for years, its probably gonna be a bit of a bitch when I'm an old dude.

Chest and tris tonite. Was slightly distracted by game 7 of the WS. I don't follow baseball but playoffs are fun. Also, exceedingly annoyed at the "bench press" unit in my gym. Its all reps reps reps too effing easy. I want a challenge, to push myself and its not there. My best bet is aim for exhaustion then try to crush our MORE reps. All this isn't doing anything positive for my aforementioned joint/connective tissue pains.

I've lost some of the leaning out I experiences earlier on cycle. The initial large pumps have faded as well, more along the line of average now. I'm thinking about seeing what I've got left and running 8 caps a day to see If new territory is breached. With most supps/PHs/etc I seem to get the initial swell of results which taper to a plateau of sorts. Like your body is accustomed to what you're putting in it so ride it out or use MORE! Sounds like a drug habit eh ;)
 
If you decide to bump to 8 for the remainder i deff want to hear how that plays out for you !!!
 
Day 30

Chest and tris. Return of the PUMP. I had a moment where I thought something may be wrong. Almost couldn't move my arms, will be shocked if I don't get stretch marks :)

Fwiw, I've recently bailed on my pwo due to laziness of sitting in front of my scale weighing powders. Haven't missed it one bit!

Day 32

Shoulders! I'm.still feeling heavy DOMS in muh triceps from a few days ago - feels nice. Had the gym to myself and took care of business. I'm up 5 lbs from the beginning of my run, I was shocked to see it!

Hit that groove and got into the "zoned aggression" I've found with this stuff. By far my favorite aspect of natadrol. Gains aside, feeling like that when you're.working out is priceless. Weights move easier, mind/muscle connestion is THERE, and it like cumming ala Arnold in 'Pumping Iron". Actually, its like illicit drugs - feels toooo good.

Finishing up here soon, I'll have a final review up before too long. Thanks again to hvactech, the folks at LG, and my homie who tossed me a bottle to run at 6. It was much anticipated and this supp definitely holds its.place among the best "natural anabolic/muscle building" options out there.

Dam 5lbs that is sweet man!! I hope that my final results are around the same ball park!! One thing I did want to ask is I have done some research and some people are running a pct after cycling natadrol did you plan on running a pct if so what products have you looked at ?
 
Final Review

Setting out here, my main interest was comparing this to other "proven" natural anabolic supplements containing herbs, fatty acids, plants etc. I've enjoyed success with anacyclus pyrethrum and ArA in the past. For some time I'd always heard a buzz about natadrol so when the logging opp came around with an improved formula (more actives per serving) I was stoked.

Managing expectations is important I believe, in life - and using supplements. No miracle pill etc You gotta put in the work. Supplements often help with motivation - even if only in the form of a nice pump or a sense of obligation due to the financial cost of the product. Hey - whatever works.

I'm not a definitive/rankings guy as all things are subjective to different people. I'll share what I experienced w/ Natadrol:

Bad gas off the bat! It did subside after a week or so, but probably got on the nerves of my wife (bless.her heart) and my coworkers. I've got that "I don't care where I am" flatulance attitude so tbh, the gas was a positive side-effect.

Pumps came forth in the gym pretty fast! As mentioned several times in this log, I'd hit this streak and.get into this "zoned aggression" and just crush it, definately my favorite aspect of the run. Facilitated some world class workouts no doubt. It also left me looking pumped much of the day which felt great.

Initially, it had a dieuretic/drying out effect on me. Lotta pissing and I had slimmed up in the waist a bit. This peaked around maybe week 3 before slowly subsiding, putting me back to normal. It beat up my joints a bit there too, but again, that subsided as my run came to an end.

Strength gains were hard to quantify cause of my limited resources at my "gym" but there were definately gains made, as well as endurance. What was once harder to move - soon became much easier.

Libido remained steady. No real change for better or worse.

I really enjoyed this run. I averaged extra calories throughout this run and managed a 5 lb gain! Thanks again to LG and anyone who followed.
