LG SCIENCES BULKING ANDRO KIT by WMIHM

yes I was very impressed and was even happier when I woke up this morning and my knees did not hurt at all. Typically if I were to do legs my knees would hurt so bad the next day I would not even want to walk.

my knees are ok, some patella tendon discomfort now and them but pretty good for an old fugger.
 
Have you injured your knees in the past?
 
I have not injured my knees but growing up I had a condition called Osgood–Schlatter which causes the bone to grow faster than the muscle causing a lot of pain. They say it only lasts a couple if years when you are going threw puberty. Even after though I have always watched because still being active with sports and lifting they always got very sore when I would lift heavy and not a muscle soreness it feels more like the actual bones hurting.

Well yesterday and today were supposed to be off days but today around lunch time all I could think about was the gym and crushing some weights....... so after I left work I ran home changed and went haha. I am still killing it in the gym with great drive.

lol keep it up man. I dont really do scheduled off days anymore I just go off how I feel. I still take time off just maybe every 3 days, or 4 whatever
 
I am really organized as I tend to be pretty obsessive :) ... it can work for you but there are definitely times when I have to stand back and look at the bigger picture before I run myself into the ground.
 
Sorry everyone the past couple of says have been crazy and I did not forget about you all.... I have no plans for today and will be updating you all on my workouts and for today as being it's the first day of PCT!!!!
 
Well where do I begin..... as I said before the past couple days have been crazy busy and I have not been going crazy in the gym due to some pain in my left shoulder again. I have noticed that and pushing motion will make it a little sore but pulling does not hurt at all.

Saturday I was the last full day of the cycle. I started PCT today and everything seemed to be good with dosing and did not feel any different. The taste is not bad either to me it seems a lot like that of the 1MD with a light minty taste.

I did get my weight today and I weighed in at 198 @ 11.6% BF which to me is crazy because I have gained weightl obviously and as of now up only .6% BF!!

Lastly, I found a picture on my computer from when I was in my early stages of working out compared to now. I'll let you be the judge of how the journey is going!!

Today's workout was pretty sweet and had a great pump today started my new workouts where I'm super setting all of my excersize to change up my style for a little. But...... before I started that today I had my buddy spot me and threw 225 on the bar and push out 6 solid reps!!! I could not do that 4 weeks ago I would be lucky to get 225 off my chest!!

Chest Workout:

Dumbell Press / Superset
50 x 10 x 8 for 3 sets

Dumbell Incline Press / Superset
35 x 10 x 8 for 3 sets

Dumbell Flys / Superset
25 x 10 x 8 for 3 sets

Decline Press with Cable

After this workout I felt like I could stop a bullet with my chest!!!

I had a great workout last night although I do have to say I am not used to this slightly more upbeat workout. I have noticed that after my supersets that I am feeling slightly winded but what is crazy is ill go right back in for the next set and my muscles do not fail me and they keep going!!! I thought for sure after 2 sets I would be laying on the ground and I had a great pump again!!

Shoulder workout:

Seated Barbell Press... Superset with Single Arm Shrug:

So experiencing some really solid muscle stamina I see. You could take advantage adding more time under tension and volume to each set :)

Wednesdays workout was arms and holy cow did I go crazy!!! I did not want to stop curling haha

I literally felt like I was walking around flexing the whole time my pump was insanely awosem!!!

Today (thursday) I did take off had some stuff to get done but I'll be hitting it hard tomorrow and not sure how Saturday will go as of now due to I'll be getting some ink done!!
 
Yah experiencing some good pumps from the added muscle hardness, all part of being on... it's fuggin wonderful :)
 
Well had a few days off and got my first session of ink done but today was back to the grind!!! It's feeling like a normal thing now to just kill it at the gym... (who could complain about that). I was able to crush my chest and abs today.

I left the gym feeling amazing and now after posting this it makes me want to go back and do it all over again!!!

I will mention that I did receive a new pwo from GSN called NitroNOX that I took also which just added to my workout.

This workout was great I had a tone of energy and my pumps were rock solid. As hard as this is for me to say today (Saturday) is the my last day of PCT. :( I will be back at the gym today at some point to put in a final workout and post. After today I will take some time and put together my final review. As that of Jay084 I am not sure what basis to give a final review off of so I am going to follow some of the key points he looked at with my own twist.

It hurts to say this but unfortunately this log has come to an end. Though the level of strength and focus this kit gave me will never end!!!

BF%: 11.0 vs. 11.5
BMI: 26.9 vs. 27.2

Efectiveness: 10/10
This kit is AMAZING hands down. If you read threw this log and still don't think that as well then we're no longer friends. It was my first expierence with a bulking kit of any kind and I could not have asked for better restults.

Side Effects: 9/10
The only reason I gave this a 9 and not a 10 was because I did notice that there were a couple times I had broken out on my back. Other than that I had not the slightest effect what so ever.

Taste: 8/10
Everything to me tasted fine other than then the 1-Andro. That had a slightly bit of a sour minty taste. All the rest of the products tastes exactly like mint mouthwash. I am a fan of mint flavors so this was right up my alley.

Ease of Use: 10/10
The instructions on the back of the box the kit comes in is very easy to understand and simple. The only thing that could be confusion to others is the instructions on the individual bottles. Granted I had the benefit of the doubt with most of my questions were answered in my buddy Jay084's log. Mabe there could be a little note that comes with the kit saying to follow the box not the bottles. Just an idea.

Value: 10/10
Can you honestly put a price on strength size and focus? Seriously tho the price of this kit is not bad at all. When you pay a price and get everything you will need is not bad at all because buying everything separate could probably cost a bit more.

Overall: 10/10
This kit by LG Sciences is truly a great kit. With their great price and everything in a one stop shop makes life easy. The products they have in this kit are one of a kit and the results are in this log. I can not be more happy with the results I got from this kit and would recommend it to anyone that is looking to push themselves to the next level or reach personal goals.

I started on the kit one week ago and have already recorded PBs on several exercises :)
 
I believe I started the kit at 192 or 3 and I'm at 195 right now but I do want to let you know that my metabolism is crazy and I can eat all day and not gain a pound. But my strength and size improved tremendously throughout the course of the kit. As long as you stick with the plan and keep pushing yourself I would be will to bet you will love the results as much as I did!!

Also if your logging it post a link up here so we can follow along with you and see how it goes. Plus if you happen to have questions or concerns we might be able to help out if possible!!!

Thanks! I will post my results here. So far there are signs of strength gains at least, as well as much faster recovery. I have previously bulked with Ostarine, which gave me a lot of strength gains, but not very much lean mass. Hoping for something extra with the Bulking Andro Kit.
