I was honestly a little nervous that I was so tired due to coming off the cycle and starting PCT, but that seems NOT to be the case as today was a pretty darn good workout for me!

Form XT tastes ok. Better still than the other 2 liquids!

I feel pretty much the same as I did while on cycle!

Hello all been a few days. Had a bit of crap going on but I haven't forgot about you all! I Actually took almost 3 days off to heal up, and boy did that pay off!!
I was an animal today in the gym! Plenty of energy to go around.
Been eating like an animal!

At this point, you should notice some of your quick recovery time fading. It will take a bit more to recuperate while in pct. You should notice more DOMS.

Interesting, I am not too bad off today, but I did notice soreness lasting before the rest.

Yah when you're doing high volume a good rest is a real lifeline. Only thing keeping me going right now.

No doubt I have seen the benefits!!

Today was destined to be a bad workout but turned out ok. I had to lead a class Kettlebell session at 6pm, so I worked out at my training gym. I was actually left alone a bit, so I got an ok workout!

My strength seems ok, but the DOMS is kicking in good. I may need to rest every other day or something. We will see. Its not too bad!

Went with a back day.

Today was shoulder day.

I have been taking form xt at 7 am , 3pm and 10 pm. I know the chart says 2x daily, but the bottle says 3x. I am just hoping more is better.

To date its been exactly 1 week of PCT and nothing strange to report. I am still pretty strong, and endurance is still good!

Recovery may be a little slower but not by too much!

Ride this for as long as you can. PCT week one is really like extension of the cycle, things will eventually get tougher but you just push harder.
 
Do you supplement creatine? It will help keep you muscles full while in PCT o help preserve some gains. I not give it a try.

Ya, I think I introduced myself as a endo/ecto. It will be equally impressive when I go to cut in the spring. I can cut pretty damn good now that I know what I am doing! But as you can imagine, I am putting on a bit of fat when bulking, but I will be able to burn it off!
 
You don't have to add fat while bulking though. You can lose fat actually, with proper diet and exercise. The trick is to eat just the right amount to lose very slowly and you will find you will still gain mass as long as you are causing significant strain in the muscle. Look at me om M140 I am up 8 lbs since early Sept. and down about 2 to 3 percent body fat. I know it's an extreme program but it does show you what you can do if you work hard enough.

Todays workout was ok. Not bad at all!

This is the last full day for the 2 week PCT, which marks the last day for the log! UNREAL it went this fast!!

This has been nothing short of an amazing experience!
I am really thankful for LG Science, love2liftkat, and all the supporters of my first log here on the Anabolic minds forum.
I hope you all found this log informative as well as slightly entertaining!
Anyone who is interested in running this product should not hesitate one bit.
I will conclude with a final review, and stats comparison.
There's a very high probability I will be buying another kit in the future!

It saddens me to wrap this all up, but the show must go on!
