This will be my first log. I can post daily training/nutrition if anyone is that interested or I can log 3-5 times a week. Started the kit on the 30th. Consists of taking 17-Pro-Andro and p-Bold twice daily. Had pretty good results taking the Bulk Andro Kit about 9 months ago, so I wanted to give this a go. Will update with pictures for comparison throughout the next 6 weeks later today.

Sounds good man. Let me know how that stack works for you. Have you taken anything similar to this? My motivation and energy (for the most part) has been elevated. Could be because I really wanted to try this and my diet is back on track, but the past few days I've left the gym and then sat at home and wondered what else to do with my life lol.

I haven't actually ran either of these products yet. My natadrol and pbold run will be my first experience. I do know that some of our other reps have run these products multiple times. As far as the boost, it could be a combination of excitement / placebo boost or you potentially starting to notice them. If I am reading this correctly it looks like you started this run in March 30?

March 30th is correct, I highly doubt that I'm having any major noticeable effects, but hey, I've never ran it before so who knows. We'll see if they become more pronounced as the weeks go by.

As far as the workouts go, I won't be posting them anymore unless anyone wants to see them. I'll be posting every couple days or so, or when I PR on one of the big 3. Mainly just covering how I feel while running this. That being said, hunger is still ramping up, and muscles feel/look fuller even hours after training. Pumps have been great and contractions are noticeably stronger. Can't say much as far as strength gains go, I'll give it some more time to kick in before I actually form an opinion on that.

CRAZY pump today, especially on the delts. Those are one of the harder areas for me to maintain a pump on. Feeling more confident on the bench, if I'm consistently hitting 225+ halfway through chest/shoulders, something must be working. Would've liked to get a little more Tri work in, but I needed to get home and get ready for work.

Also, a little note to add to this - Urine is exceptionally dark in the mornings, not like holy shyt I need to see a doctor dark, but darker than usual. I am hydrating properly, 1+ gallon a day (usually 1.5+ but I'll go low for those "off" days). Also, I've seen some studies saying pBold will help with joint issues. I can say that my shoulders are quite a bit less achy. I've had a grade II acromio-claviclular separation in my right shoulder and suffered strains/tweaks on left and right shoulders. Sometimes they'll act up and I've gotta do a bit more warmups or prehab with them, but since running the pBold I haven't had to deal with any of that.

Tried to move more weight than I should've today for squats, getting ahead of myself and still holding on to that "powerlifting, move as much weight as I can mentality". Not a bad workout in general, pump was strong today. Squats were done at a faster tempo than the last few sessions, but constant tension was still a priority.

Noticed some veins trying to peek through on my front delts tonight when I got home. Enjoying the ride so far.

Not too much to note here, wife started going with me again so my pace was slowed down a bit. Didn't work up as much of a sweat as normal, still a good session. Arms are getting more vascular too, especially forearms. Seem to be leaning out a bit, which makes my rear delts look, uh, not right compared to anterior/medial. Gotta start hitting those and traps harder and more frequently. Probably wouldn't hurt to throw some abs in as well. Pumps are still good, had some great contractions on single arm cable rows.

Something to note -
Cravings for sweets and carbs in general have gone through the roof. I will literally only be hungry for something sweet, or for something starchy. I know it sounds weird, but these cravings usually come right after a meal. Throughout the week my daily diet is either 4 eggs with roughly 8 egg whites and a cup & a half of grape nuts for breakfast. Small amount of carbs and protein before training, meals 3-5 are 2 medium/large chicken breasts with around a cup of rice, and some veggies from those steamable bags. Meal 6 would be a bowl of honey bunches of oats when I got off work. I know cereal before bed isn't the best idea but my body literally doesn't want anything else. I've never had this happen before. One day I ate about 2 spoonfuls of jet puff marshmallow cream and it went away. Weirdest cravings I've ever had.

Had a pretty intense leg workout last night. Didn't log it as I met a buddy at a different gym and the atmosphere had me not even thinking about writing it down between sets lol. Workout was squat focused, 8 sets of 3 w/ WSBB mini bands, 5x5 fronts, basically a 45 degree GHR w/ 16kg KB, and then 3 sets of a giant set of extensions, standing hammie curls, and standing calf raises. Everything was in kilos, best gym I've been to in the UK yet.As far as pounds go, squatted the 8x3 starting in this 300's and then finished them mid 200's. Band work is no joke. Fronts were about 185. Machines, I have no clue. Felt solid this workout, strength was decent despite being up for 24+ hours. Came home and found I didn't have to go back to work and crashed, so I fell asleep without eating. Not the most productive thing to do, but I'm about to make up for it now.

Didn't hit the gym on Saturday, was a pretty lazy day, really. Rainy and gloomy, slept a lot. Will be hitting arms later tonight though. Still feeling good. I'll try and find a scale tonight to see where I'm at weight-wise.

Didn't hit arms either, a wave of laziness just came over this past weekend. Didn't go before work on Monday either....it was either go and pull another 24+ hour or get 3 hours of sleep. I opted for the sleep, my body was telling me I needed it. I feel refreshed after that unforeseen break, so things will continue as scheduled when I get up late afternoon today.

I feel you bro, sleep is far more valuable in the long run.
Amen, man. If I hadn't pulled s super long day Thursday night into late Friday, I probably would've went. But having 2 days that would've been roughly 30 hours long within that short of a time span would've done more harm than good. I'm dragging azz at work right now, but I'll home within an hour and a half

Felt pretty solid today. Still a bit tired and I'm feeling it at work. One of those things where you can tell your body is tired, and you just feel kinda drained. Just feel slower in general. The superset at the end had me pretty pumped up, chest felt good. Someone was using the rack most of the time so I couldn't hit BB OH press like I wanted but it wasn't so bad changing it up.

Some progress pictures, not sure what weight is at right now. Totally forgot to find a scale at the gym.

Good session, small increase in strength on rack pulls. Not much to note. The usual, good pump, good contractions. Had a session with the "X-Wife" last night, for those of you who are familiar with any of Donnie Thompson's work. Basically a 150lb steel bar used for Myofacial release. I won't go into too much depth as I started another thread about the use of it, but that may have helped with adding a couple extra lbs to the pulls. No way to tell after only one session but I do believe this kit is adding a bit of strength over time. I'm able to get more reps with weight I used before, and progress on weight increases steadily week after week. If I run this stack again, I might run it for double the normal period or up the dose and run it for a normal 6 week time frame. Have to do more research, and of course finish this cycle first before I make any hard conclusions on that matter.

Happy I was able to stay at 345 for the 5x2's, didn't really like the random tweak in my Glute/Back today. Stiff Legs were feeling really good too. Only about a week left of Andro and pBold, so I'll be trying to reap every last benefit I can before its only PCT I'm working with.
