LG Science Cutting Andro Kit by Wmihm

Sorry I have not posted here in a few days guys I have been super busy moving and should have time today or tomorrow to sit down and post all my workouts!!

Well everybody I'm all moved and somewhat organized at the new place. I was able to work out a few days in there along with being able to get all my stuff moved. I will note to all that being on this kit during the move I feel deff helped because I kept rolling and not wanting to quit lifting stuff.

Sunday: (Bi's & Tris)

I had a great pump and noticed a lot of veins showing up in my forearms and inner bicep.

Monday: Off but was lifting plenty of furniture! !!

Tuesday: (Chest)
My chest day was a little rough because I did not get as much sleep as I would have liked too but still got a decent workout in.

Wednesday: Took off day to catch up on sleep so it did not effect my workouts or work day.

Thursday: (Shoulders &Back)
This workout was KILLER!!! I went in rested and ready to kill some weights. I got a great pump and had veins showing up all over my shoulders. My traps felt pumped all day no joke.

Today (Bi's & Tris and Abs)
Today's workout was a little different style I tried changing my workout by flipping it and to my susprise it was a lot harder than I thought!! All in all it was a great workout.

Weight update: I weighed in today at 177.4. I can not remember the last time I weight in the 170's and had this kind of strength.

I have been watching many calestentic videos on YouTube particularly some Barstarzz and how they do a lot of excersize using body weight. Well everybody I finally found a use for the Smith Machine at the gym!!! I have done Pullups Dips and hanging abs and am very susprise how much different it is from using weights.

Another thing is my fellow coworker had ran low/out of some of his products I believe it was epi and the 17andro. I felt mine and noticed that they did feel kind of light and not sure how much time I will have left with them. I am now officially on my 4th week and I know I will not be missing out on much but if I did have to pay for this kit and not running a sponsored logg I would be kind of disapointed. Also with not being able to run it according to the chart I am not sure how this will effect my cycle if any but mabe LOVEtoLIFTkat could shed light on that??

I'm not sure why they seem to be a little short. I have emailed loganLG to let him know about the issue. All 3 of you guys got them around the same time so I'm not sure if maybe a batch got mis-measured or what.

Yea i am not sure what is going on like I said I'm not a paying customer so it is not a huge deal to me but if I was it might be a difficult story. Like you said tho as long as it gets looked into for future

Well this morning after taking my 17-ANDRO it officially kicked the bottle and EIP felt very light not sure if it will make it thru the day. Workout is going to be later on today I'll post that after!!!

Well today I did not go to the gym to work out I hit the garage for a calestentic type workout. I used body weight for about half of the workout.

Garage workout:

Circut 1:
Wide grip Pullups: 8 x Bw x 4
Turndowns: 10 x 25lb x 4
Pushups: 10 x Bw x 4
Standing bb curls: 10 x 30 x 4
Reverse Grip curls: 10 x 30 x 4
Hanging abs: 10 x Bw x 4

Circut 2:
Situps: 20 x Bw x 4
Stright leg deads: 10 x 50lb x 4
Single Arm curls: 10 x 20lb x 4
Forearm curl: 10 x 20lb x 4
Pullups: 8 x Bw x 4

I felt great after this workout there were veins all over my arms!!! I am not sure of my weight I don't have a scale at home I will find out tomorrow at the gym along with bf%.

Weight this morning was...... 176lbs and measured at 7.1% bf so all the numbers are going down and strength is not going anywhere!!!

These are cutting ingredients mostly. I take Epi for maintaining mass while I lean out and for the muscle hardness. Ph-17 is sort of similar. As a bodybuilder I don't put a lot of stock in how much weight I am moving but yah you want to feel stronger for sure.

Epiandro/17pro is a solid cutting stack for hardness and muscle retention

Today's workout was back and shoulders.

Superset:
Shrugs 10 x 135 x 3
Delt Flys: 10 x 25 x 3
Superset:
Reverse Grip Rows 10 x 65 x 10
Standing press 10 x 65 x 10
Superset:
Front raises 10 x 35 x 10
High Lat row 10 x 180 x 10
Superset:
Lat Pulldowns 10 x 70 x 3
Seated press 10 x 45 x 3

Well after my evening dose of EPI that will have kicked that bottle as well. I will still stick to the chart and will take only the 1-Andro for my evening dose. loganLG did you every find out why this is because its kind of disappointing running out of 2 of the sups?

Today was a bi and tri's workout and let me tell you it was great. My pump was killer and could not have been better!!!

You're putting in the work man and things are happening! So sorry they ran out! Hoping to hear something back soon! :(

I tried to copy him as well on my post hoping it would shoot him a notification and check this out. But I have been pushing every day and hard work is going to pay off in the end!!!

Yes that's it in a nutshell. Keep pushing.

Today was a shoulder and back kinda day. Noticed when I woke up that I was not super motivated as I usually am not sure if it was from being tired or because I'm out of the EPI and 17 not sure if those help with that at all. I'm still noticing strength that I thought would be gone after loosing this weight but I'm glad I'm not.

Weigh in for week 4...... 176.2
Body Fat % came in at....6.2 ( I still do not think this is correct because at that percent In pretty sure I would be insanely ripped. But it's good to use as a guide to see that my percentage is going in the right direction.)

Workout:
Superset:
Standing T-bar Rows 10 x 120 x 3
Front Raises 10 x 45 x 3
Superset:
Shrugs 10 x 225 x 3
Single Arm raise 10 x 15 x 3
Superset:
Behind Head pulldown 10 x 70 x 3
Seated Rows 10 x 120 x 3
Superset:
Cable crossover 10 x 25 x 3
Single Arm pulldown 10 x 40 x 3

Ended it all with an Ab Circut
Rope crunches 10 x 45 x 3
Hanging Leg Raise 8 x Bw x 3
Side Crunch 10 x 45 x 3

Today was by far a killer workout!!! I was no joke there for a solid 2 hours. I destroyed my bi's and tri's and even killed my abs!! There is no doubt that this kit put me at full steam ahead today. Recover time was still amazing and think that's why I was able to kill it today. Also yesterday marked the end of week 4 for me already :( here on out I'll be in full PCT mode with the XT. I'm hoping that even being in PCT mode I'll still be killing it!!

As a note for this morning I'm not sure why but I noticed that when Taking the XT alone that it did have a different taste then when I previously used it with the bulking kit. I do believe that jayo84 expierence the same thing when I was reading his log.

You probably will for the first while, then it will get a little tougher but a lot of that can be overcome with planing and effort and of course diet.

Today I went in for a chest day and I was pretty susprised at the outsome. I was still able to put up 225 on Bench for 4 after loosing all this weight!!! I think this might have been because there were a few "bigger" guys at the gym and I told myself you better do it so you don't look weak haha so it might have been some anger but I put in about an hour and a half of solid work and I had a great pump after and still feel great. I was even able to get in a good Ab workout and after about three circuits my abs were on FIRE!!!

Well this morning was a hardcore bicep and light tricep workout. I felt really pumped after the workout and noticed that I am starting to feel slightly more sore and sore as the days go on and everything wears off. There are still many veins showing up and be comming more visible. I also would like to note that I noticed that after taking the XT that "sweeter" things like preworkout seem to have a slightly bitter taste. I am not sure if there is something in the XT that would cause the taste difference??? All in all I'm still mataining pretty lean and eating well the past couple days I have had slightly elevated carb intakes and will cut that back again tomorrow for several days as a "crash or fast" type deal.

It's a tricky time you don't want to put on fat because of lower hormonal situations but you don't want to lose your gains. Here's the good news the stuff is not that suppressive so not as much risk during PCT. Still it's not time to start your cut :)

Yesterday was a chest day and I felt pretty pumped and nice and tight. Strength was still very high and noticed that I am slightly more sore as I stated in my last post.

Today was back and shoulders and did a lot of drop sets and my shoulders were on fire!!!!

Today marks the end of week 5 and I old have one week left of PCT.

Looks like you made it through just fine. Just remember to keep pushing forward, bridge time can be tricky. The good things is that you should not be suppressed at all. A good PCT usually adds up to a good bridge.

Sorry I have kind of gone MIA there for a couple days I was busy doing a lot of stuff being the weather was amazing!!! Workout on Friday was bi's and tri's felt good but notices that I was starting to sweat a lot more and feel more sore. Saturday was a lot of cardio and abs!!! Sunday and today were off days. I will be back in the gym tomorrow for an updated weigh in and pics and workout. I can't believe that Thursday will already be the end of this journey.

I did want to ask a question to others that were taking the kit and to others who may know reasons why. I did expierence some slight pain in the genetial area. To expand it felt like someone had tapped them and a slight throb would appear at random times. I thought over everything and I didn't do anything out of ordinary to cause that to happen.

shouldn't be anything strong enough to cause that but could be due to some slight testicular atrophy.

Sorry a bit behind! How the weight loss? Feel like you've had any more progress?

It's ok no worries!! The weight loss is still progressing I weighed in this morning @172 and BF was at 7.3 I do want to note that I found the "normal" selection on my bf measure to be pretty off so I changes the settings to "athlete" and it seemed to be closer to a realistic number.

My workout today was back and shoulders and a Circut of Abs to top it off. I am sad to report but tomorrow will be the final day of PCT and I will be posting a final review within a few days after!!!

I have the same kit. I am going to run it in about 5 weeks. looking forward to your final post/review.

WMIHM, did you experience and joint dryness?

I personally did not expierence any dryness or joint or anything but that was just me I know others who took omega and oils to help prevent. So it is all in how your body decides to take it. But it never hurts to be safe rather than sorry.

****FINAL REVIEW****

Well to start this off I would like to again thank everyone over at LG Sciences and a special thanks to LOVEtoLIFTkat for giving me the opportunity to log this kit.

Beginning vs. Ending stats:

Weight: 184 vs. 172 (12lb loss)
BF%: 10.9 vs. 7.2 (Note that around half way thru I adjusted the settings to "Athlete" the "Normal" setting was reading in low 6 and high 5 percentages.

Biceps: 16.75 vs. 16.25
Foream: 13 vs. 12
Shoulders: 48.75 vs. 47
Chest: 42.5 vs 43.5
Upper Abs: 34.5 vs. 35
Middle Abs: 37.5 vs. 33.5
Lower Abs: 36 vs. 34

^^^ A lot of these I was quite amazed by to see the results as I tried to to measure my body through the process so I would not mentally focus on one part more than another.

Efectiveness: 10/10
This kit ran with the proper diet and workouts will yield great results. I have not done a very serious "cut" in years and I can say truthfully that this kit did everything I expected it to do. It helped me loose unwanted body fat and still maintain a excellent level of strength.

Side Effects: 7/10
During the whole process of the kit I felt amazing and full of energy and motivation. Once I hit PCT stage it felt like I almost hit a wall. I didn't feel very motivated and this made me kind of in a grumpy mood. Also as I had mentioned I did have a slight throb feeling in my genetial area that has since gone away. Not sure what had caused it or if it may have even been something in the kit still out on that conclusion.

Taste: 8/10
The taste was fairly similar to that of the bulking kit. The two things I notices where after taking the 1 ANDRO I noticed a slight tingle/burning feeling in the back of my throat. Also I did notice that the EPI ANDRO had a slightly different taste to it than when I used it during my bulking cycle.

Ease of Use: 9/10
This product is very easy to use providing you can read a chart and instructions on the bottles. The directions were clear and left me with no questions about doasing. That's always good to be able to get a product and know rather than find out hard way.

Value: 9/10
This product I feel is at a great price for everything you get. To be able to pay a set price and receive everything you will need at once and not have to order from different sites or suppliers makes it very easy and worth the coin. I know I received this as a sponsored log but I honestly would gladly pay the money to run this again in the future.

Overall: 9.5/10
The products from LG are very nice products and they do what they say. Also a big this for me is the support from the reps for LG they are always there to answer questions and give you honest answers to help in any way. That is worth a lot as a customer I don't care who you are. This product has helped me in my cutting process and I am very pleased with the results I recieved. I plan to keep pushing myself to my full potential and achieve my goal and LG was there to help along the way. Thank you LG!!!

Well I know you are all dying to know what does he look like after the kit well I give you this as my parting gift.......

Once again thank you all for following along and providing guidance along the way!!!!
