I had a shoulders day which was day 3 but I didnt get to log it. Legs is tomorrow with some needed cardio if I get the time. So far veins are showing better and im tighting up alot around the chest back and ab areas. Hard part is getting in all the doses because of my schedule. Stuff is definitely working.

WTF!!! I have never seen numbers like that before 150 lbs flies !!! You must be one big freakin dude ...
 
Well today was a good day at the gym I got a nice cardiovascular session in. Before the gym I made a trip to the store and got some goodies.... I asked the girl at the store about some stuff that was supposed to be comming out and she told me to hold on there were some new items in the back that just came in and we're still in boxes. Well..... she brought out exactly what I wanted and even let me buy them :) So all in all Mondays workout is going to be epic.

No no no not 150db flys!! Its a cable fly machine. And today was a great leg day ill have catch up logging it. Im def starting to feel the pumps and serioud sweating during lifts. Tomorrow is shoulders and cardio ill post tomorrow. Keep up the good work guys
 
Well today was another cardio day along with a Ab workout. Had great energy throughout the entire circuit.

Workout:

Superset:
Incline Situps: BW x 10 for 4 sets
Side to sides: 10lb x 10 for 4 sets

Leg Raises on Bench: BW x 10 for 4 sets

Superset:
Rope Crunch: 42lb x 10 each side for 3 sets
Hanging Leg Raise: BW x 6 for 3 sets

Side Crunch (DB): 40 lb x 12 for 4 sets
 
Here ya go everybody I made myself some food after the gym....

Monday thru Friday I take my morning dose starting at 420 in morning then evening doses starting at 1 and my night time doses start at 830 9 depending on when I decide to go to bed..... on weekends it depend on when I wake up as to how I plan them for the evening.
 
Yeah I have had no consistency to it. I just try to get them in.. I found that if I take the andro stenolone before lifts I get good a better lift. Could just be mental but its been working

Yes I did see that style chart online with take that before workout instead of taking with evening dose. But since this is a sponsored log I decided to stick with the chart on the box.
 
How long did you wait between cycles? You took the bulk before this right ?

I finished my bulking kit on 01/31/15 and I did not start this kit untill 03/05/15 so there was about a full month in there before starting this kit.
 
Had some dinner today and supprisingly it was not to bad calorie wise only added up to 680....

You would go cut then harden. What I would do though is run Ph17 and pbold and add in epi-andro maybe run pbold for 6 weeks and ph17 for 4 then finish with epi-andro. So weeks 1-6 pbold weeks 1-4 ph-17 weeks 5-8 epiandro

Form xt is fine this are very mild on the sides.

might not be that bad but just watch these places. The only way you really know is if you cook it. If it's a refeed situation though then it's all good.
 
Yea I was watching all week and yesterday I allowed myself a meal that was not so "strict" but at same time not going to be a 4000 cal meal

Well today was the day my mind was exploded in the gym this kit kept me going HAM in the gym I could have skipped work and stayed in the gym all day!! Also it was the first workout with Max Out and H-VOL those both tastes great and felt them playing their roll as well. All in all today was a good day.....

I do have one from before I was going to take some and put them up this week as Thursday will be my 2nd week mark. As a little insider I am feeling harder/tighter
 
Awesome, glad its working out. Ir you were to do more cycles would you end up taking liver support as a precaution. ? Even though it says liver toxic free. Say if you did two to four cycles a year.
 
I would assume you could but I personally am not worried because I actually have a liver condition called Gilbert Desease which basically my liver does not process belly Ruben as well and even after taking the bulking kit I had NO effects at all everything was normal as usual so I don't think you would need one but if you were personally concerned you could I would assume.
 
Here is a link that describes pretty easily. I found out that I had it when I was in high school and doc said it was more than likely brought on by stress. There are even times when I forget that I have it because its not something I even worry about.

Just keep an eye out for that. The products are mild on the liver but in your case some protection might be wise. Tudca maybe.
 
I'm eating my eggs right now. Cooked in coconut oil of course. :)

I was reading a few threads regarding the coconut oil and people talking it in pill form/ cooking with it or even just taking a shot of it. What is your point of view on taking it do you notice any difference??

It's very good under heat so use it to cook with.

I gotta say this kit is awesome. What surprises me is libido has gone up and normal when taking a ph it normally goes down, and the strength gains 8 days in has gone up about 15 pounds in every body part. I def feel like im tighting up

That's great! Do you experience euphoria?
I don't get euphoria but I do get more aggressive.
 
Well everyone today was the 2 week mark for my cycle. I have been very pleased with my results this far and can't wait to see how the remainder of cycle goes.

This morning I weighed in at....180.2 vs. when I started at 184. So I'm down about 4 pounds in two weeks wich is great!! On top of the weight loss I have really not noticed any strength lost if anything I have gained more. When I ran my bf this morning it was at 8.6% vs. 10.9% when i started. I don't find this 100 percent accurate I would say it is within a percent or 2 of what actual numbers is.

I am noticing that a lot more veins are arriving and some that I didn't know existed!! It seems to me that a lot of my fat is stored in my stomach area as you will see in pictures below because everywhere else on my body seems to be pretty tight and relatively hard. I am excited to keep pushing and see what the end result will be.

Great numbers a 2.3 % body fat loss would usually be about 10 lbs of weight loss and you only lost 4. That's what you want out of this stack. I mean think of it you lost 2.3 % bf and only lost 4 lbs that's amazing.

Saturday and Sunday were both cardio and my usual Ab Circut that is on my workout above. Energy levels are keeping up along with strength and endurance.
