LG rep please help

I've been a past customer of Receptor and I've bought it again for my latest cycle. However, I'm not to happy with the product. It seems that half of the gel caps are exploded and most of the liquid is at the bottom. Its one giant piece of pill goo if you will. Anyways, I re ordered another bottle and it was the same thing. I can tell you the online store so you guys can investigate.
