Thanks fellas. I am a formerly fat dude, so this is new territory for me. Gotta get those abs to really pop out now! haha

nice, yeah its exciting transforming your body man, thats what we do it for right!

Yeah man, the thing that's always been a blessing and a curse for me is my size. I have a very large frame, thick bone structure, rib-cage etc. I'm only 5'8 and 181 is about where I start to look thick without looking TOO thick. When I was 195, I looked like a tank.

It was uncomfortable.

Now I feel and (I think) look a lot better. I'm carrying less unnecessary bulk and have still maintained a decent strength base.

Good times.

im kinda in the same boat man, 5'11" and 220-230 but i dont look an ounce over 200. im just dense, with heavy bones, i guess.

but you are looking a lot leaner than i am now, bout to start some LR. anybody got any advice about a good pump supplement to stack with it?

What purpose would the pump accomplish? I am honestly just wondering.

Is that worth ~$30?

I just think pump products are useless man, if it is worth it to you then by all means go for it. If I were you I would probably just use it on extra groceries :)

I get a sick pump just from drinking a gatorade.....I am only half human however :)
