i have the Lr and dcp stack from nutraplanet, but i cant figure out what dcp does
i know it helps with fat loss but is it going to make me lose muscle and strengh, i bought Lr not to do that

That all depends on how your diet is. Eat correctly and you will see minimal muscle loss. While cutting you'll most likely lose strength but not much.
