leviathan for bulk?

i was wondering if i could use leviathan while trying to do a bulk. im not trying to aim for a cut but i sorta wanna trim down the cortisol that i have. for some reason ive always had cortisol no matter how thin i am. im currently 174 pounds and growing. i already bought the leviathan and its sorta just sitting there in my closet. what do you guys think? should i use it to maintain less fat on a bulk? and if so should i adjust my diet in any way.

Yeh you could def. use Leviathan for keep the fat low during a bulk. The way Leviathan is scructured, you could use it for almost any purpose.

As for your diet, you stated you wanted to bulk and maintain low fat---aka put on LBM. My suggestion would be to increase cals to about 500 above maintenance, but make everything you eat -- clean..ESPECIALLY after 5pm in the afternoon, and depending on how serious you are, from the time you wake up.

You said you were, so I would aim for about 300 grams of quality protein per day, this is the biggest part.

oh another question for you guys. should i have to throw in cardio in there? its starting to sound like a cut :x

oh sorry. ummm. well do i throw in some light cardio into the bulk as well? sorry bout the previous post. i realized it didnt make sense

i would recommend 10 mins of HIIT 2x a week on a bulk.

I can tell you from personal experience that Leviathan will work to get you stronger. I took Leviathan b/c I wanted to lose a little belly fat, but I didn't want to really "cut" as I'm only about 185lbs and can't afford to lose any muscle. I actually gained weight while on Levithan, but I got stronger and feel I did in fact lose some fat. It wasn't like some of these guys losing 5 pounds in a week, but I also wasn't at a calorie defecit.

Long story short, I wanted the same thing as you are looking for and Levithan did help without burning up my hard earned muscles.

This is exactly why I love Leviathan so much...so multi-purpose. You can adjust your diet to below maintenance and the Y-HCL will just shed fat off of you, but you can eat at maintenance/above and keep your bulk real clean (aka lose fat slowly).

Goals always start with a diet.

ahhh thanks guys. :D i didnt crack open my bottle yet. sorta woke up like in the middle of the day. i cant wait to try it now :P. i think im gonna get incarnate to throw into the stack as well.

oh wow 3 or so days on leviathan with a clean bulk and a faded six pack is visible when i flex. thanks for the awesome product guys! do you guys happen to know a way of getting rid of cortisol btw? not sure if leviathan gets rid of stubborn cortisol because i have tons of it.

make sure to take it on an empty stomach ---> at least 45 min before a meal and probably about 60-90 min after.

Isn't that alot of levithan in a short period of time???...I've read the ingredients it is only herbs and stuff but wow 4 caps in 2 hours??.......

no 2 caps per serving,
BJ meant if your taking it before a meal, make it at least 45 minutes before, IF you are taking it after a meal, make it 60-90 minutes after.....just so that your taking ti on an empty stomach. Got it?
