Leviathan/DCP/Drive 8 week recomp

Well with the increase in Leviathan Reloaded I seem to have hit a sweet spot. Energy is up and I am feeling quite a bit better. Did some good cardio this weekend some of it interval training. The heart was pounding pretty good though. As much as I'd like to give all the credit to LR I think that I am coming out of this battle with the cold, which never really got me completely but I did get a mild case of bronchitis. Lungs seem to be clearing out now though. This is something I have always had to deal with no biggie.

A lot of hype about this new fat burner from USP and I am starting to think about how it would look in my next cycle of IGF2/Napalm/Sesamin. I hope it's out in time as that cycle starts March 1st with or without recreate. I have some cissus I will be running as well as the joints are starting to ache a little.

I thought it was going to be a lousy workout, my bench was down something wrong with my left shoulder it seems, left wouldn't push. Then low and behold squats were up, that's nice made me feel better about the bench. Then Tbar rows were up nice, I am doing some very seriious weight there. Now the back and front standing shoulder press and me with the bum shoulder, screw it I went up and for the first time on this routine I got every rep in every set. This leads me to believe that the shoulder problem is in the front delt.

Last week my diet got a little out of control, I did some extra cardio. I have not noticed as much fat loss this week, (go figure) but I seem to be looking very large. I have never been able to maintain this kind of size while cutting. Back in the old days there was no such thing as recomp, there was cut and bulk, which was a terrible way for me to have to go about things. The pic in the avatar is me in 2003 a couple weeks out of contest and all I can think of is was I every puny. In a couple to few months I will take another to see the difference. Point is I have maintained much more mass so far.

Very decent workout last night, lifts were good with the exception of triceps (decline obar extension). I have developed some elbow pain which slowed me down a bit. I felt is coming on so started taking Cissus a couple days ago. This is my last workout before my break so I will continue with the Cissus during my week off and when I get back I will schedule less damaging tricep routines and will be right as rain.

I was a bit surprised to notice some fat loss in the last couple days after a not so good diet last week I was expecting to not see any recomp this week but, I did lose a little on my waist and am seeing some etra definition. Size and muscle hardness is very strong. Libido is very nice and steady.

Tommorow is my last day on the cycle so I will wrap this up with a summary.

Overall this has been just what I expected and am quite pleased. I have shed body fat slowly while retaining size. I was carefull not to reduce calories too much as I am in no hurry to lose the weight, I want to preserve as much as possible. Some nice perks were addittional size on my legs shoulders and arms. Not a whole lot but remember I am losing fat. Strength slowly getting back to where it used to be, again nothing amazing but steady gain. Again this is not possilbe normally for me when I am losing. Libido was very steady and elevated throughout. I always had good energy except when I didn't get enough sleep (very important when taking these products the more the better).

Some of the downsides were, some bathroom issues with all the forskiln. This was intermitant but disappeared near the end where I increased LR to 6 a day. When I didn't get enough sleep I was dead tired, much more so than normal. I also believe you have to cycle off Drive because it seems to take a toll either that or get extra sleep but that's not always possible. I experienced some slight headaches as first but increase in water intake solved that. I did have some minor stomach discomfort from time to time but it was not enough for me to alter my supplementation. So I believe the pros far outweigh the cons.

If I was to do something different I would maybe only run these compounds for 6 weeks as like I said there is a toll.
