Leucine plus added fat question

I'm wondering if taking Leucine with say some flax oil or fish oil sounds like a good idea. Like before bedtime, 10g of Leucine and a couple teaspoons of flax.. to slow down absorbtion?

and/or in between meals maybe 5mg of leucine and like a few grams of of fat?
 
It's hard to slow the absorption of a pure AA; I'd recommend a Casein shake with a fat like coconut oil + 2g of Leucine prebed.
Is the 5mg a typo? You can take Leucine + BCAA/EAAs between meals, no need for fat with leucine.
 
what do you think about in between meals? i'm restricting calories pretty low to try and get these abs back
 
or leucine by itself between meals without fat.. or just not at all.. with meals maybe


edit: or nevermind. reread your post. I'll just do it between meals on it's own, or with meals that are lower in protein.. and before and after workouts
