Lets put those muscles to use!

Thought it would be interesting to find out what the favorite sport or activity everyone likes to do when not training.
I'll start us off.
Surfing (really a way of life) 2-3 times a day.
Beach volleyball 2-3 times a week.
Basketball once a week.
Snowboarding in season.
So let's hear it, how do you put the muscle you work so hard for, to use?

i love skiing, im switching to snowboarding because those black diamonds arnr what they use to be
 
Presently playing on a MSBL (Mens Senior Baseball League). I don't train for it specifically other then my leg conditioning. I've actually had to reduce/remove some upper body exercises because it has been conterproductive.

Back in the day they didn't want baseball players lifting weights. There is some logic to this as I am experiencing baseball performance issues directly related to (bodybuilder) weight lifting. Oh...and related to being 47yo ;)
