Thought it would be interesting to find out what the favorite sport or activity everyone likes to do when not training.
I'll start us off.
Surfing (really a way of life) 2-3 times a day.
Beach volleyball 2-3 times a week.
Basketball once a week.
Snowboarding in season.
So let's hear it, how do you put the muscle you work so hard for, to use?
