letrozole question

my chest has a fair bit of fat which covers my muscle, apart from when my nipples go hard, they be all soft and pointy, it cant be gyno as i dont feel no lumps, it bees pointy and puffy.
i was woundering if i can use letrazole to reduce the fat on there?
i been on a fat loss diet for 10weeks i lost 9lbs, but my chest stayed the same.

Letro is an EXTREMELY potent AI. If its not gyno, then its probably just fat your carrying in your chest. In which case you need to just keep doing what you are doing. You cant use an AI to "spot reduce" fat in your chest.

Systemic loss of 9 lbs will not yield noticeable effects on your chest. Forget the Letro and just Keep at the weight loss!

try some dostinex and see if it reduces puffyness.
