I just got back from vacation, more like a non-vacation from the sounds of all the angry customers.

I thought a gift voucher would be better than a free bottle of PMAX . But many people are mad. So I guess the free bottles are going out.

I understand all of your frustrations, everyone did get what they ordered correct, I know there were some discrepencies with some of which I am aware of.

And many of you are saying, I am not pissed that I didn't get the free bottle but that you promised something and now you are just b****sh***ting.

I am here to say I am not.

you want it you got it, you want voucher than let me know.

I have never been under so much scrutiny for offering a good product and a great price .

So let the the love begin.

after being in a car with a 2 year old and a 9 month old for 14 hours I can handle anything.
 
Also I would like to say that this PMAX and HMAX project was not something I was planning to do. PUMP JUICE is my best selling product, great product and very mainstream.

I got really excited that I could offer these at a great price and make everyone happy and rather muscular.

In my excitement I made early promises based on the word of someone else and paid for it .

I am here to take my lumps , I admit my mistakes and will do everything in my power to correct any and handle all of your concerns .

Not only will people who ordered PMAX receive a free bottle as was originally promised , you will still receive a voucher.
 
Well that sounds like a helluva deal!!! I guess the wait was worth it after all!!:dance:
 
I'm good. Didn't need a voucher or free product. I ordered something that was a pre-order, always expect those to take a bit.

I hope you didn't make a mistake and send a voucher out to everyone!!!

IMO it sounds like you did nothing wrong. It was a pre-order and delayed shipping should be expected. I've followed the deal thus far and what you have offered is impressive. Keep up the good work and thumbs up on making those ________ happy.

Bah, let them *****. All good here and probably for most people. You get a pre-order, you get a wait. You the unexpected. I'm impressed you're going to have things tested out and make many of us at ease... that says a lot right there!

Yeah, don't give away the farm just yet. I think you're doing fine. There are ALWAYS going to be a few who will scream bloody murder and in this case they have some small air of legitimacy. Just be careful about what you propose to offer up in compensation.

I fully expect delays when ordering a pre-sale item. Anyone who has been around supplement makers knows there are delays o plenty that can come from any number of middlemen.

I think all is good. I know my order had an issue but you assured me it would be rectified. I trust that you will do that. As far as the wait for the pre-order - that is normal course of the business - hell, I waited a 1 1/2 years for my first "pre-ordered" M3... I guess my only concern is the other items that I ordered (not pre-sale) probably could have been shipped out when the order was first place because if those are not available now, I am SOL....
Just let me know so that I can try to get them somewhere else quickly.

Same here. I would like to see Pmax tested though. I'm not worried about the delays, freebies, etc. But, I know these chem houses can make mistakes (and often do, it seems). When I run my cycle, I want to make sure it's an effective one, so knowing if it's the right compound and that it's full strength would be comforting. jmho

I agree with DiamondDave... I'd feel more comfortable if Pmax were tested again.

I was never angry. Maybe dissapointed when my products arrived and there were no freebies as you said there would be. Changing your mind like that after the fact caused some problems IMO.
 
I think this should be a lesson that we shouldn't jump to conclussions especially when someone is not around to defend themselves. This was my first order also and I got a little worried reading all the posts but i decided to at least wait till he got home before I panicked So this morning I got my voucher and code via email this he said a free bottle is going out. It looks like as soon as he got back he started working on the problem. Great Job Pro

Agreed. I'm fairly confident that not anyone of us would say "Hey, here is an idea: I'll offer a much wanted product, then cause myself and others a good deal of grief stemming from factors beyond my control. Yah, I'll do that just to see what happens - cause there isn't anything better to do."

Instead, there is almost always a logical chain of events that explains things. The person in the middle of things simply needs the opportunity to address it and make it right. That seems to apply here.
 
Wow all of you who are *****ing about this are complete ****heads. First of all its 16 dollars for 90 caps of phera plex Which is an amazing deal. Preorders are ment to take a little while thats why they put the pre in front of it. And lastly this guy didnt just take the pre orders and not give updates as to when they would arive, he gave many updates on the progress and then offered a 16 dollar voucher for them being late and yet people are still *****ing:jaw: Neg me if you want but this is just too rediculous for me to ignore.

I think after all this issues with Nutraplanet's Halodrol clone being underdosed - you should get a bottle of HMax tested by San Rafeal Chemical Services.
 
not active on this forum but do order occasionally. i got a voucher but don't know any reason why i should have other than i did a pre-order. i run a business. don't want anything free, don't expect anything free. there are always those who take extreme positions.

Yeah, I got a voucher too and I DIDN'T pre-order anything. I think in his desire to make everything right, Pro may have sent out more vouchers than were warranted (I didn't deserve one). I wrote Pro to let him know. Anyone else who got one they didn't deserve should delete it. Don't steal from the guy.
 
Yeah. I got 3 P-Max vouchers and didn't order one bottle. I think he's just trying to get evrybody straight.

I totally agree. I also received two or three vouchers in my email without having pre-ordered. Possibly everyone on his customer list may have gotten those as well. It was an admirable gesture that Prometabolix was trying to make, but I know I'm not one of the customers it was really intended for. It's encouraging to see so many people here setting an honest example by not taking advantage in a situation that wasn't meant for them. Good call guys.

Just like the drinks in the casino, nothing is really free.
If you run a buisness that hosts web click throughs and paybacks you can really appreciate the "value" of any visit to your web site, that was generated by a "free" voucher!
 
I got three vouchers also. I ordered a few things a while back, but not recently. What were these for? I sure hope he didn't make a mistake and send them out to everybody on AM.
 
Hey Pro, welcome back.. and believe me I know how it is to ride that far with the rugrats .. and sorry to see all the bashing going on while you were gone.. it was only a select few.. I would like to say thanks for the update and the vouchers, but mostly ..thanks for bringing these products in and at such great prices... I spend a lot of money on supps. [ just ask my wife] and it's helps me with the prices you sell this at.. :thumbsup:
 
So my question is: the $17 gift voucher is it real or not? I sent you an email 3 days ago with no response. I tried to place an order the voucher shows up but the discount never comes off the total.
 
Thanks for the fast reply. It shows up on my shopping cart on the bottom as -17.00. But when I go to finalize my payment it shows the full amount with no discount. I tried cc payment and paypal both did the same thing.
 
I also tried to redeem mine today and when I type in the code it shows $0.00. The two emails I received said that the Gift Voucher is worth $0.00. Each email had a different code, but neither one worked.
 
Well I have to say your customer service SUCKS. Here it is almost a week that I have been trying to place an order with you. My emails go unanswered. Your response above is the only one I got. Which is of no help. I am not begging anyone to take my money. You can cancel my account as I would never try to order anything off of you in the future. To say the least I am highly disappointed. Luckily we have other outstanding supplement companies on this board who do a SUPER job of customer service.
 
I am sorry endless, you emailed me the screen shot and I could not access it at my office computer.

I had a slight email problem. That is not an excuse.
I am doing the best to handle all of my customer's needs as I am literally a one man show.

I did reply to the email, but obviously you did not receive it due to a problem with my outgoing mail server smtp or whatever it is.

I am believe it or not trying my best to handle everyones issues as fast as possible.

I even issued a 17 voucher to everyone who basically came to the site as someway trying to apologize and appease everyone .

Like I said , believe it or not I am trying to do my best. I have no help at the moment.

That is why this is the last time I try to fulfill direct sales myself .

In the future you may just find my products at your favorite e-tailer who is equipped to handle things more efficiently than I can.

Well, I have sent out what you wanted anyway . You can choose to pay me at your convenience or not.

Ok I have stopped in a couple times to read this thread.

As another boards sponsor I am careful what threads I post and do not post in. But I feel I should comment.

My understanding is that the store owner had a presale then it was late. Then instead of sending an extra bottle, which would have been cheaper for him, he sent a $17 certificate good for anything in his store.

Do I have this correct? I wont respond until I know for sure so I don't stick my foot in my mouth.

BTW I don't know the owner of this store but NOT as a board sponsor but as a LONG time member here I think it is my right to put my 2 cents in.

you are correct, in fact , the free bottle offer is still standing.
I thought this was a fair and very generous thing to do.
 
As I said above I am commenting as a fellow member not a board sponsor.

IMO the sponsor is bending over backwards to do more than enough. I realize this is just one person's opinion but he REALLY is giving away the store just about.

I think it sucks when I send an email to a company and you do not get a reply. BUT please think about it they REALLY do want to sell you products as this is how they make a living. I can NOT conceive why they would intentionally not reply so they did it just didn't get to the person they were sending it to for whatever reason.

I can just picture this sponsor banging his head against the wall thinking what more can I do?????????

BUT as evidenced by the large number of posts made by members in this thread they understand. $17 gift multiplied by how many people minus MAYBE his 10 - 15 % markup is still GIVING away $13 - $15 for EACH certificate multiplied by who knows how many. That is some serious money.

To make up for that he now has to sell 4 to 5 other items for EACH $17 certificat just to break even.

Well I rambled enough. Best of luck to Pro, I think he is doing all he can, actually maybe a little more than he should and hope you guys can hang in there.

Endless, you have been on this board a LONG time and are due full respect, I just ask that MAYBE you can give one more chance but if not I understand.

I hooked him up so maybe he will consider me for future purchases although I have learned a valuable lesson, I NEED HELP! So you can see future products sold via retailers.

I appreciate what you are doing and I do not want anything for free. I will pay for the product you sent. All I asked was for some help in placing the order and to why the coupon you sent did not deduct properly when I went to the final payment screen. I don't think that is too much to ask. Yet I was ignored. I spend between $250 and some months $500 for supplements. Its like going into a restaurant for the first time. If the food and service sucks I bet you won't go back a second time. Right? If I get what you said you sent and yes you had it correct I will let everyone know here. Thank you.

That is why I asked if they were legit in the first place. Hey if he made a mistake and did not mean to send them out to everyone no problem. Just say so, no big deal. If he takes care of me I will gladly give him my business in the future. I hate calling out people to begin with it is not my style. But what is right is right. Ya I have been here since the inception of the board. I am not a post whore but only respond to things I feel strongly about. Any how I ALWAYS support board sponsor supplement companies first on AM. I feel this is the best board on the net.
