Breakfast, Post-Workout and an Evening or Supper meal. Generally speaking you want to have a 1 cap dose every 6 hours or so, just be sure to have adequate amounts of carbohydrate in the meal following dosage.

Do you really plan on having all orders shipped out by tomorrow (Sat.) as I believe was mentioned in one of these threads? Has anyone out there actually had theirs shipped yet? Just a friendly inquiry.
 
For dosing breakfast, pre-workout and post-workout that's what i like. And look out for the new improved Cialabol to be out in the new year, with a new name as well. The two of them stack VERY well and are very synergistic.

Carbs back for cutting WOOHOO!!! Can't wait to give to the football guys I'm training so they can freak out feeling the difference.
