legs puffy

2 days ago, After a 3k row and 140 9kg wall balls (in 15 mins) me legs have blown up and look puffy and are still sore. I am well conditioned for crossfit.

how to lose the puffiness? really annoying me

Are they pitting?
(If you press and hold your thumb does it stay indented afterwards)

There are a few reasons, if you are thinking the muscle damage caused it the solution is to rest them, drink extra water and I would say extra BCAAs and fish oil.

Transition bath if possible, gym hot tub massaging for 5-8mins then into the pool to same time no massage. Repeat twice
