Legs feel tight getting weaker overtraining?

Squats don’t feel smooth anymore they are tight,(I warm up with leg extensions)my legs are shaking during workouts,I feel I’m getting weaker also during squats I will start with 315 for 12 reps then i will only be able to do 8 reps! My reps feel very tight also,what am I doing wrong?

How often do you train legs? Are you stretching/rolling or doing any other warmup? If not, I’d start there...stretch after your leg workouts. Roll after and/or on any other day. Warm up your hamstrings/glutes/hips etc.

I was put on 50-51 hold and it ruined my sleep my sleep has been horrible these last couple weeks I sleep 6-7 hours lay in the bed until I fall back asleep for another hour or two! My diet is good king cut 3 pound steak,lobster,chicken breast,spaghetti,protein shakes! I felt very sleepy after my first set of squats I don’t stretch because I have seen results without it and don’t have time!

I would say the lack of sleep is a big culprit...I would also suggest stretching and rolling. You can progress without it but muscles get tight and cause you to perform differently-possibly creating imbalances over time. Since you’re feeling tight, I’d give it a shot along with trying to get better rest. Maybe try some lavender essential oil to help you get to sleep.

My doctor game me low dose trazodone but i only take it on rest days because it makes me to groggy and my workouts feel harder!
 
Bro you got all sorts of issues don’t you? The DAA you’re on is probably causing your estrogen to spike because it can in some people. High E = lethargy

Yah life is fucking tough,But I take a estrogen blocker, I have been extremely aggressive these last couple days and I have been shooting huge loads!i feel like Beating somebody up!Daa is the ****.
