Both of these workouts were pretty killer. I didn't come close to passing out this time around. I did feel like throwing up for most of both workouts. These depletion workouts suck. After yesterday's workout I headed to rugby practice. My glycogen is definitely depleted right now. Practice took alot out of me, so i'm really glad today is a rest day.
The last two nights I have been really glad to have somnidren. I couldn't get enough sleep either night due to having homework and tests to prepare for, on top of working. This stuff is still helping me recover from day to day much better, and my sleep quality has definitely improved. Just a couple days left now...
