granted if you are doing keto, it can be a little controversial, but i'd rather not pass out or feel like passing out through my workout. fructose is liver fuel and the first stop for fuel sources during your workout.

Just for perspective, if I do a rear double bicep and flex too hard, i'll see stars and come close to blacking out. Also, between sets I'm completely fine, other than being a little out of breath. So I'm not really sure that the fructose would help. Its definitely a suggestion that I will keep in mind though.
 
Last night was another great night of sleep. I could only get about 5 1/2 hours of sleep, but I actually still feel really good today. Another thing is that i'm not really even sore today. My recovery has definitely improved while taking this stuff.

Ahhh, I associated the black out as a passout. Good to hear it wasn't exactly that, but still something to keep control over.
I'd use fructose or bcaa's.
bcaa's can be metabolized fairly quickly as well, and you know MST has a great ibcaa product :stick:
 
BCAA's are a good idea for sure, didn't even think about that. Once I start working again, i should have a bit of extra cash to buy some.

Tonight, I went into the gym and did about 15 minutes on the elliptical, followed by some rear delt work, followed by some kickboxing. Nothing brutal, just a light sparring session.

Dosing somnidren again tonight. Looking forward to it again. Tonight should be no less than 7 hours of sleep though... Looking forward to it.
 
So, I got a little less sleep than I had originally planned for last night. It ended up being 6 hours. I had no choice though, I had homework to finish and some massive amount of data to enter into an excel worksheet. I ended up with about 6 hours of sleep last night. I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow, I don't remember trying to adjust myself to get comfortable.. Just OUT. I also had some pretty intense dreams... I was hooking up with one of the hottest girls I know... Awesome, haha.
 
Last night was another abbreviated night of sleep. But somnidren definitely helped me out. I woke up this morning not really feeling too tired. My schedule has been absolutely ridiculous here lately, so sleep has been sent to the back burner. Hopefully I'll be able to start getting more sleep next week. Oh, and had some more dreams last night. Not really anything interesting, but definitely had a few dreams.

Solid session overall. Just wish I could have done some more delt and lat work.
 
I went into the gym with the sole purpose of getting a nice full body pump in order to force the glycogen into my muscles. I feel like I achieved that goal. The bloat that I had seems to be gone and my muscles are looking full. Starting to see some SLIGHT striations in the delts, and more vascularity everywhere.

I started off with the lateral delts because thats where I really need the most improvement. They were on FIRE! They continued to burn until halfway through my workout. It was great. After isolating my delts, my db bench was way harder than I expected it to be, and I couldnt feel it in my chest at all, which is why i did machine flies. Everything else was just a solid pump session. Nothing heavy, just some extra work.

Last dose of somnidren for the week will be tonight. Looking forward to it. I should definitely get 8 hours of sleep tonight.
 
I took the somnidren last night and after about 15 minutes I started getting pretty tired. So I laid down and went to bed. It was definitely a good night of sleep. I woke up about an hour earlier than what I had planned, because I had left my heater on all night and it got way too hot in here. Even with only 7 hours of sleep, I feel great this morning. I felt like I got more than enough sleep. I'm not sore at all from yesterday's workout. Good stuff. Just wish it made me dream more...
 
Just got back from the gym and I must say, it was a pretty freaking awesome session. I got in there later than I had planned, and had less than one hour to do my full body heavy lifting session. Sooo, I threw in alot of heavy super sets, and set some PR's in the process.

A1. ATG Squats: 275x6,315x6,345x3 (got out of the groove)
A2. Bent Over Rows: 185x10,205x6,225x6,230x6 PR
B1. Bench Press: 225x6,245x6,265x6
B2. Lat Pull Down: 200x6,220x6,230x6 PR
C1. Lateral Raise: 35x6,6,6 (slow eccentric)
C2. Pinwheel Curl: 85'sx6,6,6 PR
D1. Calve Raise: 260x6,6,6 PR (no bounce)
E1. Leg Curl: 150x6 PR, 160x6 PR, 170x6 PR!!!
E2. Leg Ext: 240x6 PR, 255x6 PR, 270x6 PR!!!

The weights may not be much for some ppl, but some of those are pretty huge PR's for me. I would have liked to PR on bench and squat, but it just wasnt happening. Bench actually felt really really strong till my last set. I thought I was going to knock out 10 of em. Next week I WILL PR on SQUATS and BENCH.. Its been typed in, now I have to do it.

This was a pretty good combined conditioning, plyo, and sprint session. I kept moving the entire time. For the most part, my only rest came from walking back to the starting line. I can't even begin to explain how fast i felt today. I could run a 4.65 laser timed forty yard dash out of high school, and today I felt sooo much faster than that. My starts all felt great, my strides felt effortless. Just smooth and fast. I'm hoping it wasn't all in my head... It also took me right at 6 jumps to jump 20 yards. So thats about 10ft per standing broad jump... NFL combine record is 11'5". World record is 12'2".. Looks like i've got some work to do.

Both of these workouts were pretty killer. I didn't come close to passing out this time around. I did feel like throwing up for most of both workouts. These depletion workouts suck. After yesterday's workout I headed to rugby practice. My glycogen is definitely depleted right now. Practice took alot out of me, so i'm really glad today is a rest day.

The last two nights I have been really glad to have somnidren. I couldn't get enough sleep either night due to having homework and tests to prepare for, on top of working. This stuff is still helping me recover from day to day much better, and my sleep quality has definitely improved. Just a couple days left now...

I'm going to wait a few days, maybe a week, before writing my final review. This way I will be able to give a better comparison. Thanks again for this opportunity. I definitely enjoyed this product and I will be using this product in the future.

you must fall asleep fast, cause I got those feelings most of the time after taking the caps. takes about 45-60 minutes, where the reg somnidren gh it would come in around 15min.
 
Umm, i'll put it this way. If it takes me longer than 3 minutes to fall asleep, something is wrong. I'm usually out within a minute or so.

Recovery: 9/10 After a week of using Somnidren, I stopped getting sore after my workouts, even though I was really pushing it hard the entire time. I was setting PR's almost every session as well.

Sleep: 10/10 I still didn't dream as much as I'd hoped, but my sleep was GREAT quality. The best way to explain it is to say that 6 hours of sleep with somnidren is the equivalent of 8 hours without. This was a huge plus, because I was not able to get 8 hours many times throughout the last few weeks. Also, when I would wake up, I would immediately be ready to go, no grogginess. Another thing that I found is that I was able to sleep longer than normal. I slept 11 hours one night, I can NEVER do that without.

Price: 6/10 The price is a little high compared to some other GH/ sleep supps, HOWEVER, I don't know if they are as effective as this stuff is. Again, this stuff worked great, so its hard to knock the price.

Overall: 8.5/10 The only problem with this stuff is the price. Everything else was GREAT! I had great quality sleep. I have noticed that I dropped body fat faster while taking Somnidren GH Ultra, I also GAINED muscle. I lost 3lbs of body fat and gained 3lbs of lean body mass while taking Somnidren. I wasn't expecting the muscle gain. Another thing about this product is that i'm usually slow to get out of bed in the morning... When I was taking this, I was wide awake and ready to go as soon as my eyes opened. I will definitely be using this stuff again.

My abs look a little washed out in the first pic, but the legs are looking leaner. I've got veins coming in across my lower abs, and actually my top abs, but you can't see them in the pic. From the back, I'm starting to get a little bit of a "christmas tree" going on. My lats appear to be thickening up a bit. I've got a vein popping out on the left side. Rear delts are starting to pop a bit. Good progress if you ask me. I'm already missing the high quality sleep I was getting on Somnidren...

thanks again for the opportunity. I NEEDED this. The benefit to sleep quality alone would make this stuff worth the price.
