Legacy gets pumped to the max w/ Hemavol and Maximize Intense

I always try to keep good logs, especially when they are sponsored. Plus since I don't know ANYONE on this board, I have no problem giving a completely honest review. If a product sucks I'll write it here. If its awesome i'll write it here. Makes no difference to me, I've already got the free product, lol.

Todays workout:

A1) BB Split Squat 211 (front foot elevated): 5x5 95,105,115,125,135lbs
A2) Seated Box Jump 48" box: 2,2,2,2
B1) Pull Through 313: 4x6 110,125,125,140lbs
B2) SL Curl 212: 3x6 50,50,55lbs
C) Hamstring Iso Curl: 2x4sec at 4 positions

No crazy pumps today. I did have good focus again though. I am starting to become more tolerant to the stim effect again. About time to go back to 1.5 scoops. I was pretty happy with my seated box jumps, especially since I have pretty short legs. Everything else for this workout was pretty boring, but I was really working on getting a good contraction and getting some decent time under tension, without being too difficult to recover from. Should be able to get a good upper body session tomorrow or Thursday.

Lol good point! We always want honest feed back!

Bench 201: 4x6 225,245,235,235lbs WEAK!!!
Pull-ups 212: 3x8 BW
Wide DB Bench 201: 3x20,19,16 60,60,60 lb
DB Skull Crusher 212: 3x8 30,30,30lbs
DB Row 212: 3x8 60,60 60,60,60lbs

Today I was very very weak. I'm assuming it was from working over 20 hours yesterday or from being dehydrated today. Probably safe to assume it was a combination of both. Even while dehydrated, I had a pump going as soon as I started my second warm up set on bench. It only got better from there. By the time I finished my third set of wide db bench, I thought my chest was going to explode. My lats started to get a little pumped too from the pull-ups. Lat pumps don't happen often, so I was happy with even a little bit.

No Maximize Intense today, because it was a late workout, and I really needed to go to sleep once I finished my workout. I don't think it was the lack of max intense that caused my lifts to go down, but it may have been an attributing factor as well.

Squats: 275x5, 295x5, 315x5
Assisted Step ups 212: Green 4x6
Mid Thigh Pull: 275x3, 275x3, 325x3, 325x3
Reverse hyper 222: 25x8, 50x8, 50x8
Seated Band Leg Curl 212: 10,10,10 Purple
Supine iso curl 30,60,90,120 degrees: 2x4sec each.

First time I've done real squats in about 2 months! Oh how I've missed them. They destroyed my quads. My numbers will go back up fast. My hamstrings are getting stronger as well as all of my corrective exercises.

Starting today, I will be starting each of my workouts with 1-3 sets of heavy work with the main lifts being squat, bench, and pull-ups. Then go into my tempo sets. It should add just enough intensity and volume to get stronger and bigger without being too much to recover from.

Board Press 2-1-1: 225x6,245x6,265x6,285x6, 295x6

Great session today. Strength felt pretty solid. Pumps were fantastic. Focus was good, even with a ton of kids running around and acting obnoxious. The pump in my tris was so good that by the end I couldn't even bend my arms all the way.

Unfortunately I'm finished with the logging for these two products. I'm out of hemavol and have maybe 1/2 serving of maximize intense left. I will post a final review tomorrow. Thanks again iForce for this opportunity

FINAL REVIEW!

TASTE:
Hemavol: 8.5/10 Really great taste, very few products taste better than the watermelon hemavol.
Maximize Intense: 9/10 mango peach tea was great. When mixed with the right amount of water it taste like something you would drink anytime. Only one supplement that I've ever tried that tastes better.

Focus:
Max Intense: 8.5/10 Very solid focus. 15 minutes after taking one scoop I'm in the zone. All I can think about is crushing some weight.

PUMPS:
Hemavol: 9/10 Best pump product I've used WHEN a little sodium, carbs, and extra water are used. Even better than others with that combo. Alone with just water fasted, it becomes a 5/10, middle of the road pump product.

ENERGY:
Maximize Intense: 9/10 Great energy from this product. Only product I've ever used that I had to take a half serving of. However, after two weeks consistent dosing I was up to 1.5 scoops. If I would been able to be more consistent with taking it, I may have required 2 or even 3 scoops.

OVERALL: 9/10 both these products were great. The combination of the two was amazing. These two products together made for the best pre-workout I've tried. There were two problems for me though. 1.) This combo required a lot of fluid to take and even more to be maximally effective. I also think it should be taken with carbs and sodium. 2.) The focus matrix should be increased to match the energy matrix. With .5 scoops the focus wasn't really there, but energy was perfect at first. As I became tolerant enough of the stims and could take 1-1.5 scoops, the focus really kicked in. If I was a total stim junkie the combo would be perfect, but for the average consumer, the focus matrix should be increased.

Thanks again iForce for this opportunity. These are two products I would recommend to anyone looking for a solid pre-workout.

Thanks for the review! It's amazing what a little salt and carbs can do to enhance the effect of the hemavol. Also I'd say that by the time you need 2-3 scoops of maximize intense then it's time to take a break from stims and pre workouts! Once again thank you for being a awesome logger !!
