leg training during season

Any suggestions on Leg training to maintain strength, keep endurance, maybe some fat loss while in season (cricket)?
Cricket is power and muscular endurance orientated.
Looking for a program basically. Money is tight and the ability to pay for a trainer is zilch, also, not going to buy any Supps.
 
I would think to do what you can still do based off of fatigue and rest factors. I've always been told maintaining muscle can be done relatively easy with a couple intense workouts a week. Gaining is a different story of course. Bumping to get more eyes on this as well.
 
I hope for some answers as this is something that is not spoken about enough
