Just got this on a great sale as a nice change of pace to the dying treadmill next to it. Will update in a bit how the 30 mins on the bike went
 
30 minutes on that bike had me sweating like a freak and my legs feeling like jello :woohoo:

Chest:
Flat BP (5 sets) 3 sets @ 275 5 reps per
Incline BP (5 sets) 1 set @ 300lbs 1 easy rep

JM Press/CG BP supersets (4 sets) sets up to 185 to failure
 
Did 40mi s on the bike fasted this morning. Good lord....legs are pure jello. Might need to get a different seat though. That is an uncomfortable 20 seconds right after you get off the bike. Yikes.
 
Had a nice little afternoon workout.

35 minutes on the treadmill 12% incline

Back:
T-bar rows (5 sets) 3 sets with 3 45's sets of 8
Meadow rows (5 sets) sets with 1 35 and 1 45
Wide chins (4 sets) BW to failure
Banded reverse hypers (4 sets) to failure

Bis:
Hammer curls (5 sets) 40lbs sets of 8-10
Concentration curls (4 sets) 35lbs to failure

Overall very pleased. Energy was excellent and loving having two different cardio options.

No lifting tomorrow, so might double up the cardio.
 
Solid workout brother. I love working back n bi's on same day. I did shoulders and tri's the other day man weird arse combo lol.

Focus today is soley legs and predominantly box squats. In my update in a little bit I will discuss some weight issues and I didn't realize how quickly I am adding weight.

Diet has been spot on and weight is up to 208. Waist on my work pants fit exactly the same. Really stunned at the increase considering I have been trying to maintain a slight deficit.
 
Been up since 3am with a sick 11 year old. Trying to figure out the days schedule.

At 3:40 as she started to fall back asleep came down and did 30 minutes on the bike. Been lifting for over the last 20minutes. Needless to say, exhausted and definitely not having the best results. At this point, just trying to get a pump out of it.
 
Hope she's feelin better dude. Had pretty much same thing with our 6 year old. Taking her to Dr today.
 
Just lifting back now. Been a rough day or so and hopeful that this round of antibiotics is working for my daughter. Or else another day home from school.

Will give a full update when done.
 
thanks for the good wishes guys. At 11, she just stayed home sick for the first time alone yesterday, and most likely again today. Keeps getting infections in her bladder and the antibiotics seem to do enough to keep it at bay for a bit, but it keeps coming back. If this one doesnt work then she has to get an ultrasound.

Lifting and cardio have been excellent. Due to getting home early yesterday to check on my daughter, I did 35 minutes on treadmill. Which left me at just over an hour of cardio yesterday and another 35 minutes this am.

Strength isnt increasing, but my energy has been great as has my endurance. Been working a bit more in giant set routines just to continue with the good pump. As an example, this am for back went from BB rows, to chins to banded reverse hypers in immediate, no rest succession :)
 
Back in the saddle with 40 mins on the bike fasted. Will be back later this afternoon with a light leg and heavy shoulder routine.
 
Couldn't work out. Spent the entire afternoon in the ER with my daughter, and still without result. Right now she is feeling better, so still keeping an eye.

Just finished 35 minutes on the bike. Amazing sweat. Altering my workout a bit. Doing check and shoulders today to try and cover a bit of yesterday.

Incline flys 4 sets 55lbs sets of 8

Shoulders
Seated press 5 sets 2 sets @ 185lbs 4 reps per
Side & rear laterals superset 30lbs sets of 8

Overall it was a good workout and felt good throughout. Mail be doing another weigh in tomorrow to check progress m
 
Still couldn't lift this am. But did get in 45 mins on the treadmill. Weight was stable at 208.


Hoping to get a chance to lift this afternoon or evening if I get in early enough.

awesome exercise. A personal favorite

Had an interesting workout. Was on the bike too long prior to working legs. Very shaky after that :). Needless to say it had an impact on the weight I was using. He'll of a burn though.
 
Changing it up today....fasted cardio only this morning. Did 45 minutes on treadmill, sweat was excellent. After dinner tonight I will be working chest/tris.
 
I havent done a fasted cardio in a few weeks. I usually get one in on a Sat. or Sun. when im up and the family is still sleeping. I took my dog all the time but now the other 2 flip out if I just take the one.
 
AmaZing how much energy I have at night even after another crazy day at work.

Triceps
JM press/CGBP superset 5 sets maxed at 185 to failure. (This was a burner)
 
The energy, especially at night is very pronounced. Going to maintain that same split of cardio in the am and lifting in the pm.

I apologize for the delay, been a crazy couple of weeks. Medication got my daughter back to normal. MRI showed only tendinitis and rotator fraying, so it was full speed ahead for me.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday have been excellent workouts. As an example, hit 315lbs for a double today weighing only 208lbs. Very pleased :)

Looks like the log is winding down, by the end of this week. :(

Definitely worth a look at further use.

Thanks guys. Been using the same split (am cardio and pm lifting) with good success

Today is a cardio only day, so that is in the books. Bottle is empty as of Thursday :( so will be able to provide overall feedback then.
 
Final thoughts 6/12/14 11:32am

THis is a very strong product. Some interesting ideas of note:

[*]I worked on a relatively caloric deficiency and my weight was either stagnant or increased. I would imagine that with a surplus, you would see major weight increases.
[*]I was a tad disappointed that I did not see as much of an increase in my strength as I had hoped, but that also could be attributed to the caloric decrease.
[*]I did not notice too much in terms of a recomp effect, or any other pronounced changes.


Most importantly, if there is someone out there that is a hardgainer, this would be a great product for them. Now on to one of my favorites AD-3 PCT
