40 mins on the bike this am. Legs are shot, walking the stairs was a chore.
I will say, I truly forgot how much of a pump in the legs the bike can bring. Wow.
Depending on when I get home tonight from work, might hit a little treadmill as well. If not, treadmill in the am for sure tomorrow since I don't wanna use the bike before leg day.
almost done lifting now already got in 40 minutes on the treadmill @ 12%.
Focus today is soley legs and predominantly box squats. In my update in a little bit I will discuss some weight issues and I didn't realize how quickly I am adding weight.
Diet has been spot on and weight is up to 208. Waist on my work pants fit exactly the same. Really stunned at the increase considering I have been trying to maintain a slight deficit.In to hear about the weight.

Couldn't work out. Spent the entire afternoon in the ER with my daughter, and still without result. Right now she is feeling better, so still keeping an eye.

Banded reverse hypers 4 sets to failure
Wide grip pull ups 4 sets to failure
1 arm preacher bench curls 4 sets 45lbs sets of 8-10
Hammer curls 4 sets 50lbs sets of 10
Vascular was great as was energy. Great overall workout.

I apologize for the delay, been a crazy couple of weeks. Medication got my daughter back to normal. MRI showed only tendinitis and rotator fraying, so it was full speed ahead for me. Friday, Saturday and Sunday have been excellent workouts. As an example, hit 315lbs for a double today weighing only 208lbs. Very pleasedLooks like the log is winding down, by the end of this week.
Definitely worth a look at further use.

THis is a very strong product. Some interesting ideas of note:
[*]I worked on a relatively caloric deficiency and my weight was either stagnant or increased. I would imagine that with a surplus, you would see major weight increases.
[*]I was a tad disappointed that I did not see as much of an increase in my strength as I had hoped, but that also could be attributed to the caloric decrease.
[*]I did not notice too much in terms of a recomp effect, or any other pronounced changes.
Most importantly, if there is someone out there that is a hardgainer, this would be a great product for them. Now on to one of my favorites AD-3 PCT
