what a sorry assed ending...talk about giving the game away, 1st get into field goal range----THEN worry about managing the clock,,,2 straight running plays for very short yardage then putting luck into the position of having to pass when everyone watching knew it was a passing play....someone should be fired for that boneheaded play calling!!!!

geez, reminded me of the 1-15 colts!!!!

If Foles would have played the way he did in 2013, that game wouldnt have been even close. He isnt seeing the field clearly right now, holding the ball too long, timing off with WRs. Its a mess. He looks awful.

woulda coulda shoulda...it was what it was and there is no doubt in my mind the colts gave it away...

if peyton of 10 years ago was quarterbacking colts last night the eagles would have gone home at half time!!! but he wasn't!!!!

I think they looked like a good team on the road in week 2. They moved the ball up and down the field all night..just couldn't score...if they had an average red zone percentage last night, Colts would have lost regardless.

Red zone killed them. Foles missed some easy throws so they really should only get better. Frankly, wining close games early in the season is good for building some character and team -ish-ness ha. That will benefit them in the long run when they get the rest of their act together. I wouldn't wanna have to play them healthy at the end of the season/playoffs if I had to win a game

I watch the All-22 on eagles every game. This has happened all pre season and vs jags. Foles isn't seeing the field good right now. Missing wide open players. A high school qb could hit these guys. Just watch some replays if you get the chance. Had Maclin open last week at least 3 times for a bomb TD. Even on the bomb he threw, he was late on it and under thrown.

No cause he's putting power behind the throws he does make. He is just literally not throwing to wide open receivers....and the Eagles offense is still #1 in NFL right now. If foles would get back to 2013 form we would be super bowl contention

I would hope so considering they played the Jaguars in week 1 and a sub-par defense in the Colts.

Oh so when the texans (in 2011, 2012...etc) do great playing against bad teams, everyone is ready to call them SB bound.

Eagles had second rated offense last year behind broncos.

I never thought that. Eagles do have a good offense, I was just simply stating that calling them the #1 offense in the league may be a little far fetched.

Not with Sproles....I can easily see them being number 1.

Sproles is definitely a great addition. But Foles isn't going to play like he did last year.

And you know this how? He wasn't spectacular last year...he was just was scary efficient. I don't see that changing.

He wasn't spectacular? He threw 27 TDs to 2 INTs and had a QB rating of 119.2.

And he hasn't been too efficient this year so far.

Yeah...crazy efficient. 27 TD's compared to Manning or Brady's records years is pretty small. He just doesn't make many mistakes...and with the addition of Sproles, he doesn't even need to be that efficient.

I never said we were the best offense in the league, i said we are rated number 1 simply by stats. I dont make up the numbers. and if foles can get his head on straight, i think eagles will blow out all kinds of records.
 
Should have done this from the start....and bet 1000000 rep points for each bet :)
