UFC middleweight Chris Leben was arrested and released on bail after an accident on Tuesday in which the fighter was allegedly driving while under the influence.
According to a report on HawaiiNewsNow.com, Leben was arrested by the police on suspicion of operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant after he lost control of his truck and crashed into a wall.
Leben was also apparently driving without a license or insurance. He was released on $1,000 bail.
Leben is scheduled to appear in Honolulu District Court on Nov 22.
This unfortunately is not Leben's first run in with the law. Leben faced a similar charge in Oregon for driving under the influence, and was sentenced to 35 days in jail for a probation violation stemming from the case.
Leben is currently set to return to action in the UFC on New Year's Day in Las Vegas against former WEC light heavyweight champion Brian Stann.
