Day 20 chest,back,shoulders another great workout and pump it's safe to say I'm fully on right now. My strength was way up today on every lift I added weight on everything. These are the major gains
Smith incline press was 245lbs for 6 reps with 25 seconds rest today was 255 lbs for 8 reps 25 seconds rest.
Deads went from 335 lbs for 10 reps 25 seconds rest to 355lbs 10 reps 25 seconds rest I guess my backs feeling better
Arnold press 65 lbs for 8 reps 25 seconds rest to 75 lbs for 12 reps with 25 seconds rest. Love love love this cycle

Day 22 boot camp work out was on point I was so sweaty when I got done. Again the pump in my biceps from the battle rope was awesome. Nothing but good things to say about this product, my weight was up this morning to 281.5 not complaining though. I will be doing extra cardio when I get home from work (15 minutes on Max trainer) until next time happy lifting

I don't always like scales when cutting and find they can be a problem, i am doing a log of andro-elite and finding i am getting leaner each week and strength is increasing, but weight on scales going up yet i am in a daily caloric deficit of 1000.
Like wise I cut 1500 cals out of my diet but my belt is the smallest it's been in a while so I guess that means something lol
I have been finding the same thing, waist is down 1/2 to 1 inch every 2-3 weeks yet weight keeps on going up.
I have become more vascular and solid since running andro-elite though so feel i am gaining muscle and losing body-fat, strength has also been going up for every workout. * this is all down 1000Kcals and Ketogenic so i cannot wait to do another run when i am going to re-introduce carbs and increase calories slightly above maintenance.
Lots of great stuff in here. It is interesting to see in the first couple of weeks you lost around 10 pounds, but then your weight starts to increase as your waist continues to decrease. That's excellent! Your strength has come up all around as well. I would say this run went well for you. Nice work
