Day 20 chest,back,shoulders another great workout and pump it's safe to say I'm fully on right now. My strength was way up today on every lift I added weight on everything. These are the major gains
Smith incline press was 245lbs for 6 reps with 25 seconds rest today was 255 lbs for 8 reps 25 seconds rest.
Deads went from 335 lbs for 10 reps 25 seconds rest to 355lbs 10 reps 25 seconds rest I guess my backs feeling better
Arnold press 65 lbs for 8 reps 25 seconds rest to 75 lbs for 12 reps with 25 seconds rest. Love love love this cycle

Day 21 legs/arms same **** different day lol the workouts and pumps been crazy and today was no different. My legs and arms were on fire!! A side note for today I switched up the workout with cardio this morning and weights when I got home from work it was 6 pm Pacific time I live in cali. The cardio was called 4 minutes of hell and it was I'll post the workout my body was on fire all-day from it . Weight was the same as yesterday will continue with the updates happy lifting

Day 22 boot camp work out was on point I was so sweaty when I got done. Again the pump in my biceps from the battle rope was awesome. Nothing but good things to say about this product, my weight was up this morning to 281.5 not complaining though. I will be doing extra cardio when I get home from work (15 minutes on Max trainer) until next time happy lifting

Early morning progress pic day 23 active rest day feeling Great this morning sleep was excellent weight was the same as yesterday
 
Day 24 chest, back, shoulders another great workout this morning. Nothing but good things from this cycle, my weight is up to 285.2 I guess a side effect of the 1-ad lol eager to see how my gains stay or go once pct starts.
 
Day 25 legs/arms another day another dollar crazy pumps once again sad to see this cycle coming to an end. Strength is through the roof on every lift. My weight this morning checked in at 283.5 my waist is significantly smaller had to add 2 new knotches in my belt. Stamina is up alot also I'm able to lift heavier for more reps. Until next time happy lifting
 
Day 26 boot camp / cardio workout weight this morning was 286.2 but I'm feeling leaner and feeling stronger. This workout kicked my butt this morning, pumps were there once again
 
I don't always like scales when cutting and find they can be a problem, i am doing a log of andro-elite and finding i am getting leaner each week and strength is increasing, but weight on scales going up yet i am in a daily caloric deficit of 1000.

Like wise I cut 1500 cals out of my diet but my belt is the smallest it's been in a while so I guess that means something lol

I have been finding the same thing, waist is down 1/2 to 1 inch every 2-3 weeks yet weight keeps on going up.

I have become more vascular and solid since running andro-elite though so feel i am gaining muscle and losing body-fat, strength has also been going up for every workout. * this is all down 1000Kcals and Ketogenic so i cannot wait to do another run when i am going to re-introduce carbs and increase calories slightly above maintenance.

Day 28 chest, back, shoulders this was my last workout for these body parts on this cycle before pct begins and it did not disappoint. First of my strength is through the roof I wanted to see where I was at for overall strength gains on flat bench press and I was surprised, I hit 325 lbs 8 reps for 3 sets I took 1 minute of rest in between sets it was the 1st time I went over 300 lbs in 2 years, bent over rows were 225 lbs for 6 reps of 3 sets with little back pain. Arnold press was 80 lb db for 6 reps 3 sets, my weight today was 284.6 I feel like a champ right now lol. Sleep quality is still good with no sides to speak of libido is back thank god lol, 2 more days to go I will give a full review then
 
Day 29 legs / arms weight this morning was 286.0 my workout was awesome, can't say enough good things about this product. Pumps were amazing had road map vascularity all over my arms and forearms , my legs felt good and strong. This truly has been one of the better cycles I've ran up next is my last workout tomorrow on cycle until then happy lifting

Lots of great stuff in here. It is interesting to see in the first couple of weeks you lost around 10 pounds, but then your weight starts to increase as your waist continues to decrease. That's excellent! Your strength has come up all around as well. I would say this run went well for you. Nice work

Thanks my main goal was to lean out and drop some lbs, we'll see how it goes in pct hopefully more of the same

Day 30 my last day on cycle the pic is from this morning my weight was 287.0
First of this was a great cycle pretty much 0 sides just a slight decrease in libido buts that's back. My sleep was excellent all the way through, my gains were excellent I really worked hard during this cycle and I will continue to work hard through pct. My strength and stamina increased on every lift I will continue to update during pct. Until then happy lifting
 
Day 31-1st day of pct today is a active rest day did early morning cardio and sweat my ass off.

Ageforce patches - hgh power patch, testo 100 patch.

Day 32-2nd day of pct chest,back,shoulders workout this morning was awesome my pumps were insane this was my 1st workout with usplabs modern pre and wow it worked !!! My strength is still here on every lift didn't feel no different today then when I was on cycle .weight was 287.0
 
Day 33 3rd day of pct
Legs /arms more of the same legs and arms were on fire the pump was nuts. Weight was the same as yesterday
