I'm doing Clomid and Clen for PCT. I don't care about losing strength, I just want to keep my gains. I'm not worried about my M-Dien. If the m-dien is anywhere near as potent as Bruce Kneller and Sledge initially reported 4mg should yield some sick gains! I have to send mine back to Sledge as I have one of the flavored batches that's in ill-repute at the moment. I'm more leaning toward starting at 2.5-3 mg myself, but will make a more concrete decision once more user feedback pours in.
Based on your experience with m1,4 thusfar would you recommend it to others? I still have a 1fast monster combo sitting in my freezer, and think I might consider adding m1,4 to it for a crazy bulking cycle sometime later on down the road.
That's 7.5lbs. It's not supposed to work like M1T. I don't know if you read the full log, but the first week I was using lower doses. I only picked up a couple pounds. The seccond week I threw in T3 and Clen. I diddn't gain a pound all week. People would freak if they knew some of the dosages I've been taking in order to get results. I don't know if its from previous roid use or projected dosages have been way too low. But I have had to go way up on just about everything in order to get results.
By the way, you didn't mention about this, but when I finished the M1,4AD at a dose very similar to yours, I didn't feel shut down. I went ahead and ran clo as usual, but I don't honestly think I needed it. I've been shut down before from much more powerful stuff than this and I know what it feels like.
I think alot of people are gonna end up with high dosages if they are gonna see any results at all. But I would still advise to work your way up slowly. Patience is a virtue.

I'm noticing my forarms are more vascular. Could be from leaning out more, could be the M-Dien. I think both.
Took a couple tylenol last night. Stopped the headache cold. It was back this morning but seems to have subsided since breakfast. Though I havn't taken my first dose yet. (I'm about to)

From what I understand: I believe Tylenol and other NSAIDs inhibit prostaglandin production, which reduces inflamation. Because lifting weights tears muscle tissue, prostaglandin release is a piece in the break down - build up cycle. I believe that Aspirin and Ibuprofin (Motrin) do not pose the same risks to liver health, or at least not on the level that Tylenol does. As for BP, I've seen hawthorn berry, celery seed extract, and coq10 recommended; unfortunately, I do not know just how successful these substances really are for controlling androgen-related blood pressure increases. Gostface, If you know of a less toxic alternative to tylenol I would love to hear it. I'm not wild about popping tylenol on a daily basis. I'm gonna check my BP tomorrow. Mabey hawthorn berry would help? I dunno.
Well **** man, I actually prefer Ibuprophin. I don't know why I had the idea that tylenol would be better. I'll switch over. I'm hoping this side subsides as my body adjusts to the compound. I don't think it's my BP. I do plenty of cardio to keep it in check. Do you know of any specific opiate based pain killers that might actually be obtainable through a prescription? I would imagine doctors would be pretty reluctant to prescribe these except in extreme cases due to the addiction potential or opiates in general.

Definitely. I have been doing lots of cardio, but I have kept calories up. I've noticed more vascularity, better separation and striations in my shoulders. and the same in my upper chest as well.Also. the vertical tendon on my abs seems to be more visible. Things have beel going so well in that department that I decided to lay off the twice a day cardio in order to encourage getter gains. I'm also amazed at the amount of food I've been eating. Thanks. If I alter anything in terms of my goal,it would just be topick up a couple lbs more muscle. When I hit 165, I'll try to maintain that weight and lose a pound or two more of fat. Losing bodyfat at 500 calories over maintenance is insane to say the least, and has me rather excited at the concept of using this compound when cutting. I just gotta hope that the m-dien I had to ship back to Sledge gets to him alright, and that I'm able to get it back through customs again.

Twice a day cardio has gotten me down to 163 witch is fine by me since it's all fat.It shows in the mirror to. I havn't lowered my calories at all.
