"Lean mass / cutting" cycle

H&W: 190 cm, 105 kg (6 feet 3 inches, 230 lbs)
training: 6 years
BodyFat: 10-11 %

First cycle: test enanthate 1-10 (500 mg / week)
Second cycle: test enanthate 1-12 (600 mg / week)
Third cycle: test prop 1-8 (135 mg EOD), anavar 1-8 (60-100 mg ED)

I have these stuff/gear:

- 14 glass ampoules ---> TESTOSTERONE ENANTHATE (250 mg / 1 amp.)
- 40 ml ---> EQ/BOLDENONE (250 mg / 1 ml)
- 40 ml ---> TESTOSTERONE PROPIONATE (100 mg / 1ml)
- 30 ml ---> TRENBOLONE ACETATE (100 mg / 1 ml)
- 30 ml ---> MASTERONE PROPIONATE (100 mg / 1 ml)
- 350-400 tablets ---> ANAVAR (10 mg)


My goals: lean muscle mass / little cutting (I do not need 20 lbs+ mass (muscle&water&fat), maybe 10-12 lbs (this is maximum) and i want to lower % BF (dropping from 10-11 % BF to 7-8 %).


Diet: 350-400g PROTEINS, 100-150g CARBS around a training and 100g of healthy FAT.
Weight training: 5-6x / week
Cardio: 3-4 times per week (25-45 minutes)



Does anyone have any suggestions for a "composite" cycle ?? (sorry, i don't speak good english)...


My option #1 (hardcore cycle)

1-3 -> TESTOSTERONE PROPIONATE: 75 mg EOD
1-8 -> TRENBOLONE ACETATE: 100 mg / EOD
1-14 -> TESTOSTERONE ENANTHATE: 250 mg / WEEK
1-14 -> EQ/BOLDENONE: 700 mg / WEEK
10-16 -> MASTERONE PROPIONATE: 100 mg / EOD
10-16 -> ANAVAR: 60 mg / ED
14-16 -> TESTOSTERONE PROPIONATE: 75 mg / EOD


HCG for the last 6 weeks: 500 iu / 2x week

PCT (4-5 weeks)
nolva (40/20 mg) & clomid (100/50 mg)
AI on hand...


or. option #2 (divided into two cycle)...

My problem is that I would like use in one cycle (test, tren, eq, mast), but no tren E, mast E (i have only short esters)...


Any opinion ?
 
I'd use the Test-E, EQ and Mast for bulking. Do that 8-10 weeks. Front load the EQ to get results immediately.

At week 8-10, swap out the EQ with Tren, keep the dose moderately low. Continue Mast through the entire cycle. Swap Test-E with Test-P.

High doses, front -loaded during bulk

Lower doses, short esters during cut. U don't need as much for cutting if u have the right diet and training protocol.

Again, just my opinion. Not a doctor.

As for diet, eat more carbs and less protein during bulk, then u can do that diet u have above for cutting. Do one, then the other. Easier and more efficient.
 
If I had those in my stash, I'd run them in one cycle. But yes, I'm an addict. I'd probably do something like this:

- Weeks 1-17 test E at 200mg/week
- Weeks 1-16 EQ at 600mg/week
- Weeks 1-11 test P at 90mg EOD and weeks 19-20 test P at 50mg EOD
- Weeks 12-19 mast P at 100mg EOD
- Weeks 12-19 tren A at 100mg EOD
- Weeks 12-19 Anavar at 60-70mg/day

Slin pin may come in handy.

9-16 trenbolone acetate 100 mg / EOD /// 50 mg / ED
13-18 anavar 80 mg / ED



1-10 weeks: 300 g proteins, 250 g carbs (around a training and first post workout meal), 100 g healthy fatt. Training: 5-6x / week, cardio 2x per week.
11-18 weeks: 400 g proteins, 50-100g carbs (before and after training), 100 g healthy fatt. Training: 5-6x / week, cardio: 4-5x per week.


My ("long term") goals: lean muscle mass / little cutting - I do not need 25 lbs+ mass (muscle&water&fat), maybe 10 lbs (maximum 15 lbs) and i want to lower % BF (2 %). Athletic/fitness body: 235-240 lbs (6 feet 3 inches) with good shape.... :)
 
Now I realize my opinion doesn't mean anything BUT I think you'd look excellent with another 15lbs of muscle. But that would mean committing to another 15-20 lbs of total mass.

Good, good growth either way!
