Hi All,
A few words about me first, I'm 34 been working out my whole life (gymnastics, track, bball, swimming) but seriously at a gym the past 4 years. Before, I was also going to the gym but not paying attention to my diet, skipping days etc...
Apart from the gym, I climb mountains (high altitude mountaineering) and my preferred cardio workout is road cycling which is done at least once a week with minimum distance to cover 20KM under an hour.
This past February I had an accident snowboarding and broke my left foot 5th metatarsus so was out of any activity for almost 4 months. Following the OK from the doc mid May I went back to gym starting slow, basically from the beginning. Still not doing full leg workouts...
So to the subject, I finished Alphamax in July which helped alot in getting back to my workout routine and will (most likely) start another one in September so in the meantime I have a few products to use but would like your input.
As a PWO: C&P Permaswole and Cannibal Ferox AMPed, Ep1c Unleashed (love it- im on second bottle!)
Intra WO I'll have E9
I'm currently waiting for a Str3ngth bottle to arrive from which I hope to achieve some more strength gains and from there on the "regulars" such as fish oil, Orange Triad.
Goals are strength gains and from September on to add some lean mass. I'm also following a few SARM logs but haven't really decided yet.
