I started taking LR a few days ago, and today when I woke up, I forgot to take my LR before my meal <_<
Can I still take it right now, or did it HAVE to be before my meal?

I'm on CKD and second day of refeed if that matters at all.

Right, because the insulin spike around the meal will decrease the effectiveness of the product. If it was a large meal, you can wait 1.5 hrs, just make sure it's not too close before your next one lol.
