Last meal problem

Ive heard that cottage cheese and tuna more than once.. I might give it a try. You say its better than it sounds but it sounds like crap so how good is it? Better than cottage cheese or tuna by themselves?

X2 on this, i put a little hot sause in mine sometimes.....one can of tuna and 1 cup of CC in a bowl. and yes it does taste better than it sounds for some reason. i tell people at work i eat that and i think they throw up a littl ein their mouths

The protein in CC is casein and is a lot cheaper, just FYI brother

yeah i got the idea from somewhere on here actually.. im not gunna say it tastes as good as say skittles do, but it definately tastes better than eitehr alone haha
 
altho i just do one serving of each half a cup CC and 2 0z tuna comes out to like 26g of protein 140 cals u could definately double it up if you needed more
