Overall this was an excellent workout, probably the best I've had since coming back from downtime. I'm hoping today's back and bicep day will top it though.
Also I've been cutting for almost a month now, I started cutting right around when my elbow started really hurting. I cut all the way through my downtime, and I am now a lean 215. Down from 230. I will continue cutting for the next 1-2 months, and hopefully I won't see any strength loss from this point forward. Although I did see some after coming back from downtime.
