Yeah I used dbol once before this cycle and had the same effect. Everything is just amplified by the GH though. Before I even started the AAS in this cycle I was getting vascular and hard as a rock just moving around the frying pan while cooking.
 
Hey guys yesterday was shouders, I did not want to go to heavy on them because I had done some exercises this week that I had not done in a long time and my shoulders felt like they were tight and had already taken a beating. So with that being said it went like this:

DB Shoulder Press
45x15 for 4 sets

Seated lateral Raise

Then I hit a super set of reverse pec dec and bent over reverse db flys (my rear delts were exploding after this), and then went on to a superset of leaning side laterals and close grip upright rows, and finished with some shrugs. Workout went great, could definitely notice some growth in my shoulders and arms lately.

All in all I did not go too heavy as to have my shoulders get injured, but I went with enough reps and sets to still get a great pump.
 
up that tren man, trust me you will want to as soon as you start taking it. the higher dose of tren the more results, dont listen to the girls say its bad for you, you seem smart enough to watch your body. and this is your off season cycle to add some size so i def would up the tren dose. stay away from winstrol if your already experiencing aches in your joints from your gh, it will only make it worse.

(really focused on the squeeze by turning my wrists out at the bottom of the contraction)

Then we did a superset of hammer curls and reverse grip tri extensions, and finished with a superset of a modified dip done on the assisted pull up machine and reverse curls.

All in all the workout went great, my arms were so pumped i could not pinch any extra skin from them. It literally felt like there was so much blood in my biceps that they were going to burst open at any second.

On a side note, getting a lot of looks in the gym lately. Going to start wearing a sweatshirt/baggier shirts more often while during the bulk phase. I will start showing some more skin when I am a couple weeks into the cutting phase, so that I can see what I really need work on.
 
also....you have a good genetic build. im sure your buddy thats helpin you for you show has targeted things you need to focus on, but from looking at your pictures ill give my two cents worth. your quads look great, dunno about your hamstrings but hit them hard so your quads dont over power them in your side shots. good lower chest, but need more upper chest (99 percent of us do), so start with incline and try focusing upper chest with your chest flys. good delts but need a little more rear delt (99 percent of us do), this will help round out your shoulders on your side quarter turns and side chest and tricep. good luck in your prep man

The push pull leg split is pretty dope on cycle because you can hit those 3 days twice a week if done right.

It would do good with a mon-push tues pull weds-legs(quads priority workout) thursday rest then fri push,sat workout pull muscles and some legs(hamstring priority workout).sunday rest

Yeah my hamstrings are so so in comparison to my quads. This is why I am dedicating two days a week to hitting them, wednesday and saturday.

My inner and upper chest needs improvement before I want to step on stage. I want to have a good chance at winning when I do my show, so if after this cycle I have no completed or come close to the goals/physique I wanted to accomplish, I am in no rush to jump on stage.

The reason I am keeping the tren dosage on the lower side is because it is my first time running it and I have no idea how I will respond. I will at least take the first couple weeks on it to figure it out. It is also more cost effective for me at the time.

My rear delts look pretty good when they are pumped! LOL. I know I need work here as well, and I thank you for the constructive criticism.

Another weaker point on me, which is visible when I have a pump going on is the mid back. My low back and upper back are doing pretty good, but I need to keep throwing these rack pulls into my back routine in order to hit that mid back hard when I retract my scapula.
 
I got my slin pins in yesterday so I have started back up on the GH which I am stoked about. I have also been thinking about dosing 2 IUs in the AM and then an additional 1 IU post workout. I went ahead and tried this method today.

Todays weight was 223 naked upon waking. Water retention seems to be minor which I am very happy about. I have not been keeping up on my cardio but I have kept a pretty solid diet which I believe when coupled with the GH has lead to my ability to stay lean so far on the dbol. Test should be kicking this week and Deca should be kicking next week. Can not wait!

I have noticed that I am growing hair more rapidly in my face, chest, and forearms and my libido has begun to sky rocket. Anything moving and breathing could be a potential victim haha. In light of this I believe the test has begun to kick in full force now. I forgot to mention that my injection yesterday into my quad was pretty interesting. Must have caught a blood vessel going in or something, no blood during aspiration but a good amount came shooting out once I pulled the pin out, caught me by surprise lol. So I have a nice black and blue bruise on my quad as a result.

Today's weight was 226 with clothes on. water retention seems to be about the same as usual, diet has remained strict. I have been adding a scoop of peanut butter to my breakfast and pre workout meals as instructed by my coach.

lookin good in the pic man, you are packin some good size.

if you cant get tren at a low cost....make your own! lol easiest anabolic to make in my opinion. just go to any online vet shop and but some fina pellets and search for the recipe. bout a hundred bucks and you have 50cc!! dont worry about the "deca ****", as long as your test is higher than your deca dosage you should be fine. and the tren will give your man hood a better pump too, so tell your girl to be ready for some fun!
 
yeah when I used deca in the past I used prami with it and I had no libido issues so I have a couple bottles on hand. I dont know about brewing my own stuff, maybe in the future..

Also I am toying with the idea of throwing in another oral for the last 4 weeks of this cycle, this will leave me with about 8 weeks between the orals so my liver should be okay. I was thinking either a low dose of SD for the last 3-4 weeks or halotestin. I have previously used SD before but not at a low dose for that long, but I hear halotestin is great for drying you out and insane strength gains with that rock hard look. Could be a great compliment to the tren during that portion of the cycle.

Any input on this?

I weighed myself in the afternoon today, 227.8 lbs. I believe that I can see some definition in my abs starting to go so I am pretty sure im beginning to retain water. I will be keeping on my low dose adex regimen and will be introducing a prevention dose of prami as well this week, getting ready for the deca to kick. I will also be introducing a more strict cardio regimen, shooting for 3 times a week at about 20-30 minutes of slow paced cardio.

Tomorrow is hamstrings and abs, I will keep you guys posted after the workout.
 
halotestin is great if you can locate some legit stuff. personally if i were you, grab a couple from you supplier and try them out for now, 20mg about an hour before you work out, and be sure not to believe in your head that you are on it and that IT is causing you to be stronger in the gym. if you take a placebo drug and you BELIEVE its working you will still be stronger because your mind is way stronger than your body. BUT, i would keep the halo for your last few weeks before your show, for example...if you cant take test prop like me or others because it kills you with pain, or i get a fever with it also then you can substitute your test cyp or enanthate the last week and half when u drop it. halo isnt a mass gaining drug, its more of a "pick me up" for the last week or two when your dieting and training and cardio are killing you before a show.

But, its all up to what your looking for with this cycle. if your just looking for size at the moment personally i say throw in some dbol or anadrol at the end for that extra kick of mass. OR dont add any orals at all to save your liver. ALSO, the tren in combination with the GH your taking will keep you hard like you were sayin.
 
also...reading from your previous dose on taking your GH in the am and post workout, my two cents is to do it before bed. when you are in deep REM sleep is when your body is putting out the most natural growth hormone, so i say do it then. i had the best results using it at night (also i used it intra-venously which i could tell i huge difference). the pros use it at night, and trust me they know or have doctors or scientists telling them the best way to use it. dorian yates used an IV drip at night of GH (this is not myth, buddy of mine helped him set it up at night while dorian lived in NY before the night of champions show).
 
Wow very interesting info rocky. Something about an IV injection just rubs me the wrong way I guess. I have also heard conflicting theories on when to take your GH. After reading a lot of them, I decided that this is my personal reasoning behind it:

If your body is releasing it's natural spurt of GH during REM sleep, then why administer GH then? from what I understand exogenous GH will cause a suppression of your natural GH spurts so it would be more optimal to administer it when your natural GH is at it's lowest, which would be in the early AM and early afternoon. SO in theory instead of having a nice say 4 hour spurt of GH throughout the night, you get your natural GH spurt then, then another GH spurt when you inject in the early AM, and then another spurt after you lift. My common sense tells me that this would be more optimal to have higher GH levels for a longer period of time, rather than just during REM..

I know that the HT is legit from this source, and I guess it would be wiser to just wait until I compete to throw that in. I can get it for a pretty cheap price so I am not too worried about it. I think I am going to go with say the last 3-4 weeks of 20mg SD.

Today the tri pump was awesome, the ham pump was so intense it was almost painful. Diet is doin well, weighed in at 226.5lbs naked AM. About to dose my adex in a bit here after my next meal.

Shoulders and calves tomorrow, will update then.

if you want strength- halotestin same thing as halostein
or you could do methyl tren but thats very very hard to find legit
 
i agree with your thoughts on the timing of GH, but once i heard from my buddy that trained with dorian i immediately started doing it before bed....plus my GH made me drowsy so i didnt like it morning of pre workout.

the IV thing i found on some forums and the backing of it was very striking, if i can find the article again ill PM it to you. also side note....i have a bachelors in the medical field so i am VERY used to giving IV injections, so anybody reading this please be careful and dont try unless you research or learn from somebody how to properly do it.

Yeah I think I will be looking just to maintain and or increase strength once I get into the strict lower carb diet alongside the low dose T3 and clen at the end of it all. I mean I will be on tren and test at that point so it is quite possible that I won't lose much strength at all but I want to have something just in case. I have SD already so that saves me some $$ and will probably end up sticking with that.

My GH was also giving me that lethargic side effect earlier on but it has seemed to go away once I included a thyroid support that I take right after I inject it. Also another way I have gotten around the lethargic feeling is I will go to sleep around 12 or so and set my alarm for 4 or 5 AM. When it goes off I wake up and inject then go back to bed for another 2-3 hours. I think this has also helped a lot.

On a side note, shaved 2 days ago and my facial hair is already back to the length it was before. I have never been a hairy person and it usually takes me about a week for hair to grow back after I have shaved it.

About to take a nice nap and then stretch for a while afterward, gotta make sure my shoulders are nice and loose for tomorrow.
 
haha im a hairy beast out of the womb, and after the juice its unreal. i go through 4 razors a week shaving my face, neck, chest, arms, shoulders, and stomach. get my back shaved once a week. but in a way i guess im happy that i only get hair growth as a side, i hardly ever get achne, and i have not once had a estrogen problem.

your in for a surprise with the tren man, u wont need anything to help with your strength. the pumps it gives are insane.

Weight was 227 today, the adex dose yesterday got rid of some water, I can see my mid section definition better than I could before the adex. My sleep the past couple of nights has been absolutely awful, I do not know why either. I am going to try some melatonin tonight and see if that helps out.

if your sleep has been bad,its the tren.Give your body time to adjust to it.Melatonin and valerian root should help you sleep.
 
I haven't started the tren yet, I'm only on test deca and dbol. I did notice that My sleep is worse on days I take adex though.

All in all the workout went great. My pump was awesome, filling out the sleeves on my XL shirts now which I am stoked about. Weight was 228 today, water retention is more apparent today than previously. Just dosed my adex though, so we will see if that has any affect on this.

I hope so. I wonder if it is just the current increase in workload that has got me anxious lately. Last night I slept like a baby. For a few nights in a row though this past week I could not sleep for the life of me.

Anyways my buddy just gave me about 2mls worth of pentadex from sciroxx yesterday. It is a sust blend @ 300mg/ml. I am about to make a purchase in the near future of a lot of prop and I have never used it before. I pinned 1cc of this last night to see if I get any of the bad sides from the prop in the sust to make sure I will not be purchasing a bunch of gear I can not use! This morning all I can say is that there is a decent amount of pain in my delt where I injected but no redness, heat or insane swelling so I think I am good to go with the prop in the future.

today is legs, I will update after the workout also will take some pics for you guys as promised being that it is the end of week 4.

So todays leg workout went like this:

leg extensions followed, then did some sumo stance leg press emphasizing vastus medialis and hams, then finished with some heavy hamstring curls. I also hit calves with some supersets till failure. All in all my legs were so pumped that it hurt to walk.

weight was 229 this morning. water retention as seen in the pics above is not that bad but it is there. Next week begins cardio 3x a week at a slow steady pace to try and help with the water weight.

End of week 4.

Hey guys I missed a few days here on the log, sorry. A few notes though:
I had gotten up to about 232.5 and then some sensitive nip issues started to come around. To battle this I upped my adex to .5mg EOD and started taking my prami at .5mg ED alongside P5P which I dose at varying times throughout the day. The sensitivity comes and goes, not really painful when I touch them just sensitive.

So, I believe all of these ancillaries have shed some water weight because within a matter of days I had dropped to 228.5. The Prami is definitely messing with my sleep though. If I take it too early in the AM, it is a battle to not fall asleep in class. If I take it too late, I can not sleep at all. I will feel tired, but can never actually fall asleep. The solution I have come up with for this is to take the Prami right after I lift because at that time, which is usually the early afternoon, I have a couple hours to take a nap. I believe it is also making me a lot less hungry throughout the day. Instead of wanting to eat every 2-3 hours, the past few days I have eaten 3 meals and a post workout shake without any feelings of hunger.

I have also thrown in nolvadex each night before bed at 20mg. I know I have heard different things about using nolva and progestins but as of right now it has been helping.

Shortening to 12 weeks total.
Upping Test E to 750mg/wk.
8/9-12 Winny 50mg ED
9-12 Tren A 37.5mg ED

nothing is for sure yet, but any input on these ideas/ancillary problems I have going on?

The pump was great, and the GH is really kicking in full force, I am losing weight but maintaing my strength and fullness in my muscles. My mid section is flattening out well and the love handles are starting to disappear. Vascularity is popping everywhere. Sitting at about 227.5 right now.

This is the end of week 5 so I anticipate some more significant lbm gains here once the deca is really kicking. I will post up some pictures again in a couple weeks.

deca- I have been using P5P lately and it has been working great. My little nip flare up last week I am still unsure about what was causing it E2 or Prolactin/Progestin. Either way I tossed a bunch of adex nolva and prami at it. It has not completely subsided but the pain went down tremendously. My NRBs started back up again which is great haha.

I can not wait to start my tren as I believe when it is in combination with winny and the test at the end of the cycle it should have some great synergy. Also not to mention how winny acts like a SERM for the PR so I am also pretty psyched about that.

Can not wait to kill it this week. It will be week the second week of fully kicked test, first week (hopefully) of fully kicked deca, and week 8 on the GH which I can see is just getting that much better as the time goes on like everyone says.

Then finished it with a superset of close grip pull downs and shoulder extensions. Ended the session with a nice stretch hold on the seated row with a real wide grip.

weight was 229 today and everything felt great.
