Kwick Carb Question

AntM1564

Legend
I was interested in trying a WMS product. I came across this but didn't see the label. I was wondering if someone could post what the serving size is (scoops) and the amount of cals with macros as well.

I want to compare price/serving with other products as well as grams of carbs per serving to see if I need more servings of one product versus another.

It doesn't come with a scoop. I use a 70cc scoop which yields around 35g of carbs.. cals... umm.. 100 something i guess. well do the math. 1 gram of carbs = 4 cals

Is there a label saying what a serving size (gram wise) is for the product?

It is a bulk powder...the only serving size recommendation is your own research. MOST people I have discussed it with dose 25-50 grams per and during workout, with another 50 grams or so immediately post workout with protein.

Its a toss up between this product and Carb Slam by Primaforce. I can get 90 servings 30g carbs per serving for $25. I would have 50-60g PWO so a tub would last 45 workouts for $25. That's what I was trying to see if Kwick Carb is comparable to.

It is comparable to Carb Slam.

I find Carb Slam to be a more palatable WMS. Not that Kwik Karb isn't great, but I just prefer Carb Slam's texture and taste (or lack thereof, it is completely tasteless and I've found I love the texture it gives my protein shakes. very smooth). Kwik Karb is a bit cheaper by volume.
