knee pain and the supplement that helped!

So I'm currently using cissus for my knee pain and it has definitely helped more than other things but there are some days when I wake up for PT and my knee is screaming! Follow that with a 4 mile run on pavement and I sometimes limp all day.

Do you guys have any other suggestions for something I could take to help minimize the pain? I'm not really a fan of medication so I don't like popping tylenol on those days and sometimes cissus just isn't quite enough.

I have a torn meniscus in my right knee. So I know how a knee can bring you down. The best thing that I've tried is green lipped muscle. I work in the veterinary field and we use it for dogs with arthritis. They have a human version for it. I'm sure you could look around and find some brands but the one I use is called glycoflex. Awesome really no pain and crepitus in knee is almost gone. Felt fast results. Hope this helps.

Maybe try a topical spray like Joint Force and just wrap your knee up with saran wrap to keep it nice and warm. Helped me a lot before at jump school and to this day still use it for those aches and pains

Cissus really is the best, and now SNS has a 5% extract which is pretty much the only one on the market presently, and in capped form.

To add to cissus, joint force is fantastic for topical relief as vicesoldier said.

I plan on getting some of the SNS cissus to compare to the USPLabs! Will definitely look into the jointforce! I appreciate your help!

Thanks ill try that! I know all about jumping pains! That's probably how I got like this in the first place!

+ for SNS Cissus and Joint Force. Those two products have honestly made benching possible for me again. My elbows and rc are virtually pain free now.
