Yeah it was brutal and supposedly not supposed to be to failure but now way you can guess how low you need to drop the weights using the techniques he has you doing. Shoot it said 60% but I was dying at 60 and had to go down around 40 in the end on some...I love hard workouts like that!

Yeah this whole thing is beast mode but I think he is trying to cram a lot of execution of various exercises into a week so you are familiar with how they should feel and also to get the body to increase mitochondria so it can excel during the actual program. So here we go Super Set A Lying Leg Curls 12 x 5 sets Squats 20 x4 sets Standing Calve Raise 15 x 3 sets Super Set B Seated Leg Curls 15 x 4 sets Walking Lunges 15/leg x 4 set Leg Extension 20 x 4 sets Super Set C Seated Calve Raise 20 x 3 sets Stiff legged Dead lifts 15 x 3 sets Single Leg Leg Press 20/leg x 3 sets I can't lie I was dying by the end of the 2nd super set. The 3rd was just punishing!!! Okay so I promised some pictures of where I am after my lay off. Here they are in all their uhm... Glory is not the right word... LOL Looking thick and yeah it is not cheap out of pocket we will see if insurance will cover it the key is to say it hurts sometimes, and when it does it causes problems with your normal daily activities. You need to start telling your doctor this now. Make sure your estro is under control so when they test it there is no obvious or treatable reason it is there... That is your only bet for insurance that or something like jdg76 talked about earlier have a doc who is cool say it is precancerous.

I just sent a PM, but have either of you tried Raloxifine? I've heard it is better than Letro for gyno reversal?
So, what should I do about puffy nips?Ralox is a different class drug (SERM) than letro (AI).
Raloxifene is something like 5x better than Nolva at blocking e2 at the breast tissue receptor site. Can't remember exact numbers from studies. That said a very good reversal stack is LETRO/ralox.
Unfortunately in his case it's been there. It's solidified and became breast tissue. Surgery is the only option.
Like kleen, I have a bit of sensitivity to gyno as well. I know him and I have discussed raloxifene at great lengths.

Can't tell if it's just my puc muscle though.If you don't feel anything behind there then probably nothing but if you squeeze and something that is even kind of soft but pops out from between where your squeezing you probably have a little bit. Think about it like this when you grab fat from your waist there is not any think that will kind of roll out the fath just compresses under your pressure until it wont compress anymore. When you pinch your chest if there is something that you can pinch and as you apply more pressure it moves out from between your fingers that is developing breast tissue.
