Miami. We played sloppy and didn't deserve the win, but that's a ridiculous way to lose. If Dalton gets the ball off and even if we don't convert, punt it and let our D (the best part of our team) have a shot to stop them.

Lol, not too bad. I'm working myself back up, I need to push myself a little longer. In college they would put a 45 on our back, make us plank for 2 min 30 sec and If anyone went down the whole team had to restart. I've seen grown men break.

Taking the day off asides from some mobility work. Does anyone have a good source for conditioning type stuff I can do after ME lower body days? I'm wanting some structure, not a go in and do what I feel type thing.
