First off I wanna give a huge thanks to VaughnTrue and iForce Nutrition!! This is the perfect way to start my cut for summer. I will be keeping my diet around 2000 calories a day, keeping macros at 60/20/20 p/c/f. Going with the typical foods....lean protein, veggies, bananas, and whole grains. I train 6 days a week and will be upping my cardio to 4 days a week. My main goal is to get to single digit bf by summer.
Day 1
Took one cap 45 mins before breakfast.
My initial reaction?? Wow!! Talk about feeling the thermo! I was very red and shaky so I ate a good breakfast and hit the gym. Finally after about 25 minutes into it the shaky feeling stopped.
I took another cap at 4 after I got off work and again got very red and shaky. I also had a pounding headache. I think I'll stick with one a day until I get used to it.
