Killer Workout

I need to amp up my workouts with new workouts that will destroy my muscles and make them grow! Any suggestions? Particularly legs chest triceps and shoulders
 
Food will make them grow. What do you do now for training? Do you play sports?

I play football for Rockford University it's d3. But I do some football lifts incorporated with bodybuilding routines. So for a leg day I'd do power cleans then squats, quad extensions hamstring curls and rdls. I do more but I don't have access to machines and other exercises like leg press because we don't have any of that in our weight room so I do with what I got

You don't need machines, period. Especially being an athlete. Replace quad extensions with front squats or lunge variations. Replace hamstring curls with good mornings. Leg press sucks anyways, don't worry about it.

All 3 of those guys are strong as fukc, and they train athletes.
 
It's slightly pricey if I recall, but extremely detailed and will undoubtedly put you ahead of the game.
Yea it's freakin 300.00 I'll see if maybe a buddy wants to pitch in otherwise I'll just buy it in winter. Thanks I appreciate it
 
Got a weird question. There is a "Halloween special" in I believe muscle and fitness from the 90s maybe early 2000s where hunter is Frankenstein, Monica Brant is his bride chris Cormier is a vampire and mike matarazzo is a hobo clown. Anybody have any of these pix. I can't find the magazine or pix of them anywhere. Matarazzo looks jacked as hell.
