Kidney support

Blockade by Assault Labs is a nice on cycle with kidney support in it. Just depends on the person to whether kidney help could be an issue. But Blockade would be a nice support product to prevent any issue from occurring.
 
I always go for an all-in-one type support like CEL Cycle assist. It covers all the major bases and can be taken on and off cycle for general health as well. If I need something special for a cycle with excessive hepatoxicity, add in CEL Tudca and you're good to go
 
Water... Nothing helps the kidneys like water. Drink enough and the natural flushing should do the trick. Other than that watching your BP and hematocrit levels are helpful in making g it easier to filter your blood but ample hydration is the key.

The only issue I have with people using diuretics to help with the kidneys is that they all cause the kidneys to produce more urea, but when not overly hydrated creating extra urea, to produce more urine is actually harder on the kidney, and forces it push water out that you do not have available which causes stress to many systems. When you drink enough water there is a hormonal change that takes place that naturally flushes water out.

If you can not flush your system naturally then YOU SHOULD NOT BE USING GEAR AT ALL!!!! You already have some kidney issues if that doesn't work and that means no gear for you!

When it comes to the kidneys, water is the key!
