I just got back a few hours ago so I survived! Lol I'm hitting the gym at 3:00 :D Myrtle beach is where it's at!

Haven't you guys ever wanted to just go one-on-one with a blood crazed animal? Like just two primal hunters, one lives one dies. You look over while out camping and see a mountain lion, you look it dead in the eyes, knowing this is it. Either you sack up or your feline ****. Take a look around find something sharp and prepare for war.

Or if a shark does come at you, you know to sink your hands in its gills as deep as you can, grab whatever you can and yank it out?

Had a few encounters with black bears where i live. friendly as fuk. they always ran away though when youd advance towards them... guess i showed them whose boss...

Here's a side pic from the end of the workout! Had to take the tshirt off from the pumps lol
Endurance and pumps were best they have been since I was using hdrol! Can't say enough about how solid today was! Vascularity was through the roof!

Workout went as listed: power chest/tri day

Flat barbell bench : warmup 135,185,225
Set 1: 255x5
Set 2: 275x1
Set 3: 285x1
Set 4: 225 to failure (11 reps)

Barbell incline bench: warmup 135
Set 1: 190x5
Set 2: 205x1
Set 3: 225x1
Set 4: 165 to failure (12 reps) I really pumped by the end of this. Arms and chest felt like I was gonna rip out of my tshirt!

EZ bar skull crushers : 12x 125 for 3 sets

3 way flat dumbbell bench : 5 left/ 5 right/ 5 both x70 for 4 sets ( the pumps were painful and I admit I struggle but managed to lock them all out)

Close grip push with neutral bar: 135x8 for 3 sets

Regular dips: to failure for 3 sets (30,28,28) I was too pumped to do them lol

Cable X crossers : 8 over 8 under x 50 for 3 sets

Flat bar tricep push down : 8x170 for 3 sets

Cable single a em pushdown : 25x30 for 3 sets ( pump was insane)

Great day today! EP1C I believe is really kicking in. It's the only supp I'm taking. Will be adding dermastr3ngth soon. PM if you have any questions!

yes! Not saying it's gonna have the sake affect obviously but the pump was that solid!

Day 11 on EP1C:

Today was again the pumps were out of hand! I just blow up 1/4 of the way through my workout and stay pumped until about an hour after my lift! Felt outstanding endurance and vascularity is out if hand at times in a good way! Feeling great and looking great! Here's a pic of my bicep after my last bicep workout today! Also I could not do heavy squats still do to sunburn on the back of my neck so I did fronts instead.

Hack squats: 8x225 for 3 sets

what do you eat for a pre workout meal? nice workout pumps look crazy!
today I had 6 scrambled eggs and 10 cheese sticks. The cheese sticks I bought were high in carbs and had 8 grams of protein and not a lot of fat so I decided to eat them lol. Was really on a time constraint so I had to make some stuff quick!

it said 7 grams per 3 sticks! Unless I read it wrong! Either way it's all good, I don't mind some cheats here and there. I could use all the calories and protein I can get with my metabolism. Very hard to gain weight for me! Tried a strict diet and lost fat which was cool but not what I wanted exactly! So I simply try to keep a reasonably clean diet but not near what most guys do here on AM!
 
Question to Olympus Labs reps, can transform be used in a natty stack for bulking or a really good recomp?
 
Wasn't sure if a low dose would still be considered ok on a natty cycle.
 
I personally don't recommend using a strong aromatase inhibitor unless on cycle. Your natural estrogen levels likely aren't high enough to necessitate an AI. Yes, I've read the same information as you in regards to using negative feedback to raise T but in the event that you do lower estrogen enough to cause a rise in testosterone it's likely not going to do anything as far as lean mass gains or increasing performance in the long run. At which point, you really just need to ask yourself if the possibility of lowering your estrogen levels to a negative extent is worth it.

Then you have the thought process behind formestane in high doses becoming a pro hormone to 4 hydroxy testosterone. Again, this to me isn't really worth it in the end. 4 hydroxy testosterone in my opinion isn't potent enough to warrant using formestane as a PH.

Totally agree with Spaniard, AIs make you feel ****ty. Lowering estrogen to those levels just sucks. Dry joints, low libido, lethargy etc. Never mind lipids.

that's what I had seen everywhere I looked! Wondered if a very low dose would be any benefit but you guys convinced me not! Always taking the advice of these guys before getting something.
 
Day 12 on EP1C:

I've been extremely busy today and sadly I'm lazy as hell and I just wanna go to sleep! I'm not going to lay out my whole workout for today but the workout was high volume back and shoulders!

Endurance was great as usual and it seems like I'm leaning out more than I thought I would! Muscles are looking very dry and tight and vascularity is 10/10, top notch right now.

I have one last update pic for my back and then I'll wait to post then until the end of next week again! I'll post them at the end of every week!

My dermastr3ngth came in today. Going to use it preworkout with EP1C. Should be a fun run!

Should be able to, your progress is going good so far. I believe I saw Mystere said he was running this and liking it as we'll.

if he's liking it I'm sure we will! It would deff help in pct. I didn't get to start it until my last week if pct and it still helped a lot surprisingly why I say that is usually a supp doesn't work the first week you get it, this did!.

yes but I think I might use 2 pumps. One after shower and 1 preworkout!
