I completely forgot to add in yesterdays arm workout and now this am shoulders

Friday
Bike
25 minutes 7% incline

Arms:
BB Curls (8 sets) 125lbs
Close grip BP (8 sets) 225lbs
Concentration curls (5 sets) 40lbs
2arm db extensions (5 sets) 90lbs

Saturday
Treadmill:
20 minutes 15% 4.8-60 (trying to get a bit of a sweat)

Shoulders:
Seated press (6 sets)205lbs
Reverse peck deck (6 sets) 90lbs
BTN press (4 sets) 135lbs
Cable upright rows (5 sets) 195lbs <wow for me>
Lateral Raises (9 sets) 35,25,15lbs 3 giant sets
BTB Shrugs (6 sets) 275lbs

Feel real good, a bit stiff but overall quite solid and strong for this am.

Been dosing 2x per day as previously discussed. Not sure if I will be able to get back this afternoon for more cardio will have to let the schedule play out

Incline DB press (5 sets) 85lbs
Incline flys (5 sets) 45lbs
Cross over cables (5 sets) 80lbs

Felt strong, I was amazed at the 265 at only 195lbs. Very pleased today

Dosed 2x today, prior to cardio and prior to lifting. Feeling great

Nice log man! Easy to read with lots of detail, keep it up! Did you notice much from dosing 2x per day?
 
I actually like the double dosing. I am going to continue it actually. Thank goodness for my 2 new bottles in my cabinet :) I will say this, this afternoon, I had ridiculous energy, and my vascularity is nuts. Also my weight is up a bit, but it is solid weight not fat.

I am finding that this coupled with ATW is a nice combo

Pretty good overall, dosed 4 scoops prior, felt good. I think this with ATW is starting to put on the weight, as I was in at almost 200 this afternoon. I am not 100% sure I am too happy or not
 
A big thank you to LG for giving me the opportunity to give this a 1 month go round. I am very excited to be adding this to my current mix, which consists of the following:
ATW WPI (2x per day)
Gut Health
Iron Tek Glutamine (I am a huge proponent of adding this to my ATW shakes)
Swell (as I feel needed)

My workout schedule looks the following:
7 days a week fasted early am cardio

Monday: Chest (sometimes back dependant on schedule)
Tuesday: no lifting
Wednesday: Shoulders
Thursday: Back
Friday: Arms
Saturday: Shoulders
Sunday: Back

I have done many logs here in the past, so they can act as a nice guide to how I log. I try to update daily, and be as thorough and honest as possible. Additionally, I have been on a cut (recently modified a tad) since July, and am down from 223lbs to 192lbs.

I will update this log next once the product arrives, most likely today or tomorrow, as I believe LG said it was going out this past Monday.

Felt a great pump today. Even more so than usual. Vascularity is still improving daily.
 
had some time constraints today, so the lift focused more on biceps

temple curls (5 sets) pyramid from 60lbs down by 10lbs
BB curls (7 sets) up and down pyramid peak at 95lbs

Tri's
2arm reverse grip pulldowns (5 sets) 100lbs
cable skull crushers (5 sets) 150lbs

Hell of a pump, and my vascularity was through the roof with all the rapid sets.

Drank my bc+eaa throughout the day as opposed to just pre or intra. I moved up the scoops to encapsulate 32 ounces of water

started my speed increases every 5-7 minutes which really up'd the calorie burn. Will be drinking throughout the day again as I noticed increased energy yesterday

Got a good pump, and was really moving. Most were done in groups of 2-3 exercises.

Great pump, with solid vascularity. My focus and strength were pretty good throughout.

Thoughts about product

It is certainly something that I would purchase considering the price and what it is. I will say that the taste did wear on me a bit, but it is not terrible and it mixes easy.
