How many do you guys use keto? is there anyone who is using this for bulking too?
CKD stands for cycling keto diet? Like 7/14 days straight then carb load?
From people on keto I've heard that once get used to it their gym performance don't suffer and have the benefits of a leaner bulk as ketons don't store that good like fat (which carbs does).
I might consider it for next bulk first of all because I like fats more than carbs and if it allows me a leaner bulk even if slower this sound a better choice

How do you guys reach your fiber intake during keto? For my size is suggested 20-30g but this brings you out the 20g carb limit
