Keto Duration?

I've been on the good ol' keto diet for about 8 weeks now, and am starting to see a fat loss plateau. I've added about 15 minutes to my steady state cardio, and went to lifting higher volume, but I'm wondering what most people do for keto duration? 2 months? 6? Forever?

I'm wanting to bust this plateau, but I'm not sure what strategy to employ because I freakin' love the CKD and don't want to change. However, change is sometimes necessary for fat loss.

no joke, your body has adapted to the diet.

Take 3 days and shock the hell out of it (Fri-Sun)!!

EAT... EAT... EAT... CARBS.. CARBS... CARBS...

then back on...
 
I've decided to do it forever, and I've added in calorie cycling, intermittent fasting(multiple protocols), longer/ shorter carb UPS..the possibilites are endless just my 2cents

I'm going to take a crack at the IF, just to switch things up a little bit.
 
When it comes to keto diets, if your fat loss is at a halt and you dont want to add in more cardio, well then its time for pro/veg days. Maybe to start out 1 or 2 a week.
