So I am on a keto diet, the one that was written by maurio dipasquale not the ckd one that everyone else does. So I have been taking dcp/Levi stack and have gotten good results but I ran out of my dcp/Levi and am considering taking on a eca stack. Just some questions:
1. Will it be adviseable to take eca stack with a keto diet? Will it work together?
2. What is a good recomended beginer dosage of each ingredient?
3. What if anything should I do to make this a good safe experience? Such as drink water or avoid something or take anything else with it, etc...
