Kenpo Race with Formula 1

Gonna have to get a heavy bag when we build our new house and have a garage! Hubby thinks he will have a play room! Bwahahaha

I got the 100lb UFC branded bag.. pretty sturdy but will still move with a hard punch

Was actually just looking at a 100lb on kijiji

Moving is fine but mine is going to hit me harder than I hit it, lol

Thanks for asking. It gets better and then starts giving me problems again. I'm pretty sure it's a strain that needs to heal.
 
Took 1 scoop of Formula 1 PWO. Back is still an issue but I'm on the mend!

First Week's Thoughts on Formula 1:

A) Mixes well
B) Tastes good in 10 oz water at one scoop
C) The stim effect at 1.25 scoop remains perfect for me Increasing has negative stomach effects.
D) I'm stim insensitive and this lasts about 2 hours.
E) I work out fasted and the BA tingles hit in 15 mins.
F) The heart rate was never increased above my normal lifting ranges. Taking this before cardio also has no negative effects on HR. No jitters or other bad feelings.
G) No stim dck issues.
H) No crash.

Second Week Summary:

I) Noticing mood enhancement this week.
J) Have a mild cold going on and this helped me get through the workouts.





So far so good.
 
Sticking with 1.25 scoops of Formula 1 for workout energy.

DQ Waking up to see another day is a blessing, don't take it for granted.

Back is getting better as time passes.

Crazy volume and strength on dips! Just a few sets at body weight is not plenty for me to give out! Lol

Still no lower body lifts due to back still recovering. If this keeps up I'm going to have that "chest with no legs" look! Lol Also still have my cold! Fun never ends.

I'm back from the dead today but only running 60%! This flu is nasty! It started 8 days ago as a sore throat then hit hard!

My back is sore and tight so foam rolling and stretching is in order. Hitting the speed bag and FocusMaster to get the cardio in.
 
I had the flu and it sucked!!! Ended up getting IV in the ER but hope yours gets the heck on outta here. That cough lingers a bit though any tips?

1/4 C. vinegar with 1/4 C. honey. Take 1 Tbsp. 6 times a day.

Weird back issue! It's much better but keeps getting taught. I'm rolling and stretching and avoiding bending lifts.

Formula 1 is still giving me the energy to lift but I'm already immune to the stims. This is what happens when you use PWOs for extended time periods.

DQ It's not how far you fall, it's about how high you can bounce.



Today I concentrated on the chest and avoided lower body movements.
