Heavy bag and speed bag work are both great for warm ups and cardio workouts. So much better than boring treadmill or stairclimber work!
I need an upgrade on mine... My wife got it for kickboxing but when I go at it it flies around pretty good lol
I got the 100lb UFC branded bag.. pretty sturdy but will still move with a hard punch

I had the flu and it sucked!!! Ended up getting IV in the ER but hope yours gets the heck on outta here. That cough lingers a bit though any tips?

Weird back issue! It's much better but keeps getting taught. I'm rolling and stretching and avoiding bending lifts.
Formula 1 is still giving me the energy to lift but I'm already immune to the stims. This is what happens when you use PWOs for extended time periods.
